I received exceptional care and service at Caliber Collision. Communication was two way, timely, informative, and responsive. JD was the best and even made it possible to get my car a little earlier than expected so I didn’t have to manage transitioning from a rental with kids and car-seats. The repair work was excellent, my car looks brand new. The interior was also cleaned/detailed and also looked like new; a nice surprise. I was exceptionally satisfied with Caliber and highly recommend them.Services: Painting

JD was awesome at keeping me informed about my cars repairs and even gave me a heads up it may take a while. But…He was able to deliver my car to me almost 2 weeks early! My car was clean and looked brand new when I picked it up! I will be using this shop for any future work I need! Thank you guys for providing a great experience during a sh!tty time!

If you're looking to get some body work done search no more. Caliber Collision on Bothell Everett Hwy does an awesome job and their communication was excellent with their day by day updates. From beginning to end, JD's customer service and personality really made it feel like my truck was in good hands. Unfortunately I had sent my truck in to get body work done due to someone clipping my rear fender in a HD parking lot. Caliber handled the insurance company as well as coordinating my car rental very seamlessly. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking to get body work done in a timely manner and quality work! Thanks Bothell Caliber Collision team for getting me back to the rhythm of my life!
