CARSTAR was my star, they took care of my car, and expedited it near the end, just in time for my road trip. David communicated every step of the way. They even coordinated my rental pick up for me, so I could just hit the road, as planned. The work was meticulously executed. Thanks to the whole team! The body techs are masters, and probably under appreciated, huge shout out to their craft, talent, and attention to details.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in anywhere and for anything in my life. I gave them the car for service and they called me back to collect it the next day saying they cannot do what we agreed on. They took the car apart then realized it's something they don't know how to do, called me back and returned the car in the worst condition a customer could ever imagine. New parts returned cracked and damaged, scuffed and scratches every where on the body, broken pins, and more things to fix and do. The worst of it all is that they showed no care or accountability. like at least have the decency to come upfront admitting something went wrong and you cracked a part you while trying to install. Much can be said but to make it short, I wholeheartedly urge anyone to stay away from this business.
