It'd be nice if there was better directions I drove around. Couldn't find the bank had a drive over to Woodinville..I don't know how I kept missing it but somehow I never found it.

Did not have a good experience with this branch today. I was coordinating with Donald over the phone, which led to this appointment. The expectations were not clearly parsed, understood and communicated amongst Chase staff internally. This led to the waste of my time to the branch and had to come back without getting the work done. I will avoid this branch in future!

I had a great experience dealing with this branch after multiple failed attempts at Totem Lake, Kirkland branch. Huge shout out to Donald Travis for going above and beyond to address my issue. Best example of Customer Delight! Super impressed! ?

Some of these review are from years ago, when they had tellers. I was there on a Friday morning and there was no line at all. Donald spent a good amount of time with me to help set up a new account and to make sure everything went smoothly.

On a busy work day, there are customers waiting in line. The previous customers have completed their task. The customer is about to leave. The employee who helps the customer also has nothing else to chat about.However the woman who appears to be the branch lead has found another personal, none work related topic, initiated it and chatted with the customer for about another 5 minutes.They knew there were other customers waiting; the topic was not initiated from the customer; the topic was not relating to their job; the employee whose desk is occupied cannot start help other customers in line;I know if customer wants to chat more, you cannot refuse it. However if there's other people waiting inline, could you please not initiate other work not related free chat to consume time; Or at least you can chat with customers in your working space, not occupy other employee's desk so that the employee can continue help other customers.

This was my late mother's bank and all of my dealings with the tellers, account managers, branch managers, and client services personnel have been stellar, from closing her personal accounts to opening and maintaining an estate account. They follow through and they remember me, treat me with respect, and are very clear about their rules and recommendations. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for service (and usually only about 30 seconds). The location is convenient and the building is well-maintained, clean, and clearly laid out.

I went to get documents notarized as I have done with other Chase branches earlier. Being a Chase bank customer for years, I want to make use of their free notary service. The lady who was supposed to notarize was very unwilling to notarize and was trying to find reasons to avoid after making me wait for a long time. She said, the documents that I carried cannot be notarized as per WA state notary rules. I showed her previously notarized documents (the same documents which according to her cannot be notarized) and she was adamant and kept saying that notary did not know the rules. Finally, I got those documents notarized at Kenmore UPS store. It clearly shows that how much service they are willing to offer to customers.

I had to get a new ATM card. I went to this Branch as it was close to work. The lady that helped me was very friendly and got me a temp card to use while my regular card was mailed out. 3 stars because the staff was helpful but it took 2 trys to get a card delivered and just the fact that they have to mail you a card. A friend uses BECU and you can get a new, permanent card in minutes. Chase ate the bank that ate my original bank, shame on me for not shopping around.
