Horrible customer service. Extremely rude woman who acted like I was some sort of thief when my check was put on hold. Instead of telling me to call customer service right away she told me she couldn't help me because I had suspicious activity going on my account. WHICH WAS NOT TRUE. I am a college student getting a financial aid reimbursement check and have every semester. Funny thing is, I call customer service number and they get the hold removed immediately. She could've easily redirected me to that instead of trying to argue with me that I somehow deserve this extremely stressful situation because I don't have a lot of money.

It is the best Chase branch in this area. Banker Gloria is every time very helpful. She is a good worker and person; cares about the customers and their experience. She understood well exactly what I need and was able to propose the best option. Highly recommend this branch and banker.

Lacks service when not there in person and having interacted with a few people at this branch, the culture of customer service is lacking. From my experience, this usually trickles down from above. One time, when there were still hosts/greeters, I witnessed a person with keys, whom I assume was the branch manager, verbally treat that person poorly out on the floor and there was noticeable distress in that person's face.

Horrible customer service at chase canyon park branch...if you go to the drive threw you will sit and wait..No one checks to see if a car is waiting for help...I could go on and on with all the horrible customer service at canyon park....try fred meyer chase bank down the street...they are Awesome and banking manager along with staff are more than helpful Every Time!

Completely wasted my time. Tried to set up an investment account for my daughter and scheduled it ahead of time, but was given the wrong person. Then the fact that I have limited availability seemed to be an annoyance to them after scheduling the meeting in advance and having made time to visit. Also, tried to buy Euros and the price went up in the middle of the transaction? Really? You all can't eat the $.75 increase!

Went in to get notary and had unpleasant experience. I get an impression that the officer was trying to avoid the work . She said she can't notarize on the original document and she can only do it on a separate paper. We agreed for the same but she doesn't want to help the form and not provided example.

We have had a horrible experience. They were sent my husband's financial aid in November and have called about 15 times and been to the branch 5 times. Have had multiple forms notarized and yet corporate says they never receive the info from the branch. They still will not pay the money back that they received.

I tried calling this center for an appointment and there isn’t a single time someone answered the phone. I tried calling different times of the day thinking they might be busy but nope, they won’t answer nor have answering machine that requests for customer info.

We went to this Chase branch with an appointment for specific request to open a high yield account only to be told that they will take the request and designated person will call back when they are available for appointment. We had asked for this appointment so why that designated person was not available that time? Even if not available, we could have been informed at least few hours before to cancel appointment and save us trouble to manage child care (we didn’t want to walk in the bank with small kid). On top of that - designated person indeed call back next week only to tell us that she will call back “later” when her appointment would be available. Yes, she called again after 3 weeks. Too late! We sent a formal feedback email about this experience to Chase corporate, no response to that.

Been banking with chase for over 10 years. The Northgate location for 6 years and have been frequenting the canyon park location for about 3 or 4 years, and it has been constantly great costumer service. Very welcoming staff of knowledgable bankers and tellers.

I stopped by the Canyon Park branch this morning to get a paper notarized. Four cubicles occupied by staff members, and four tellers at the windows. Only two tellers occupied, and no customers with staff in the cubicles. The teller tells me that notarials are only done by appointment. Really? You don't even ask the people in cubicles if they could take 10 minutes to help a customer already in the bank? And have you tried calling this branch? Calls are NOT/NOT answered by staff. Calls are routed to a phone teller system. So in order to make an appointment, you must physically go to the branch, and then return at a time that is CONVENIENT FOR THE BANK. Thankfully, Washington Federal was nearby. Walked in and they took care of my documents right away. Time to rethink my Chase accounts and give my business to a local bank that is responsive to customers.
