Corcoran Memorial Park is a small, newer neighborhood park described as a peaceful and secluded hidden treasure tucked away in a growing high-density area. The park features a modern play set and swings suitable for children approximately three to ten years old, along with a large mowed grass area, a picnic area, walking paths, and open space. An old heirloom apple orchard and additional trails are located nearby on county land. Parking is very limited, with only a few spaces available, though street parking is noted as an alternative. The park lacks amenities like bathrooms, trash cans, or a designated dog park. Visitors are encouraged to pack out their trash. The absence of a dog park is viewed positively by some, who express concerns about irresponsible dog owners, while others see potential for one. The playground receives direct sun in the morning, making evenings, when trees provide more shade, a preferable time to visit. The park exists thanks to a generous land donation intended to preserve greenspace from development.
Nice little park in a not so busy neighborhood. Newer looking well kept playground and parking lot. Loved the trail up to the field with fruit trees and big open space. Is directly in the sun so playground equipment gets pretty hot on warmer days. Overall really liked it for a community park.

I love this place it is a great place to take your older kids and younger childeren. My kids love the giant swing it is amazing and a good park.

WONDERFUL hidden gem of a park. Please add restrooms. Hard to take little kids to a park with no restrooms. Well... hard to take my daughter. My son has no problem 😊
