Horrible company - do not use! They were supposed to come tow my car to the dealership and would not wait 5 mins for me. I waited 1.5 hours for them and they just took off. According to AAA they are supposed to call you ahead of time to give an ETA, but they never did. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
I had to call AAA for another dispatch and this time the AAA fleet vehicle came. They called me 18 mins ahead of time and everything went with no problems at all. I suggest if AAA assigns Cortes Towing to come to your assistance, you ask them to reassign you to the AAA fleet. Much better customer service!

Worst people ever from Carlos to the so called supervisor. Was having a bad enough day and was in hopes to get help from them and nothing. Unpleasant and made the situation worse then ever. Unprofessional and uncaring people running a business. Don’t get them at all to help you take a car out a ditch if they feel “uncomfortable because your cars in a ditch” they’ll deny service and won’t even try to find a way to help. Hispanic owned but horribly ran 💯

Carlos is the man! He was prompt to respond, gave me a quote that was better than the competitors and gave me an eta. He even beat me to my car but waited for me before starting anything. Carlos is awesome!! I called him for a complicated tow job. He showed up quickly (about 20 min) and when he got to me he took very good care of my vehicle, taking extra care not to damage the front bumper, which I was worried about. Not only was he a really nice person, he showed up quickly AND his prices were very reasonable! Highly recommend!!

Called Cortes towing for an estimate initially, then shortly after was able to schedule a tow within the hour. Exact quote was charged, great customer service from Carlos Cortes himself! Highly recommend!

IT WAS A DARK NIGHT, BUT A LUCKY NIGHT ... east of Moses Lake, WA, and we were broke down at the side of I90 with our little Retro camper in tow. The guy in the tow truck said he was from the Seattle area. After a very strange call with the AAA call person who seemed to be working from home, but didn't know the software, that a tow truck would appear from 300 miles away had the feel of something terribly wrong. But, it wasn't. Apparently, Carlos had just towed a car to Spokane and was on his way back to the Seattle area. Lucky us just happened to be on his route. He and my husband went into full blown Spanish Motorhead, but when he realized I was less fluent, he filled in the pieces with perfect English. Even though, he was facing a long drive back to Seattle, Carlos was very accommodating. This is a business owner who understands hard work and customer service. It's always a lucky time when you meet such a person!
