It probably took about 20 minutes to check us in because the lady at the front counter messed something up and she had to call her boss to fix it remotely. She complained and was flustered the whole time. There was a bunch of kids running around in the hallways and one of them crashed into me and hurt my arm and made me spill my coffee. The breakfast was terrible. Dry hasbrowns were like dog kibble and everything was so salty! Also, the shower was kind of gross and there was a vent in there that was just covered in heavy dust. I would not choose to stay here again.

The lady who checked me in was great. We always stay at this hotel because of its warm hospitality, clean rooms, and fast check-in and check-out. It offers a good breakfast and a swimming pool, and it’s conveniently close to Woodinville and Bothell downtown.

This is a comfy little hotel in the Seattle suburbs. It’s very close to UW Bothell. They have nice amenities.

It's quite a distance from the reception to the elevator to get to the 2nd floor. You should use the hotel's stroller. Large room. There is a clean (low old style) cubgx bathtub.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's been recently renovated and was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately when we were there someone had burned food in their microwave at 3 a.m., setting off the fire alarm and causing the entire hotel to be evacuated. So our sleep wasn't very good, but that was not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was quite good and there was a good selection: sausage, cheese eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, muffins, etc.My only complaint about the place is that there are no black-out curtains on the windows. They have proper curtains along the sides, but they don't move, so in the middle and main part of the window it's only a sheer curtain. That let in a lot of light, as you can see from the photo attached (taken around 10:30 p.m.). I've never encountered this before where you can't actually close the curtains. It was super light in the room all night, and not all that private during the day.

You can tell they recently gave this place a nice face-lift with paint, fixtures and flooring. One place they did skimp on...the beds. I don't know if they kept the mattresses from pre-renovation or just went super inexpensive on them, but our king mattress was super saggy. Not a bad stay though.
