My wife and I are new patients for Dr. Crisafulli and her wonderful staff. After reading all the reviews of her longtime patients, we were anxious to meet them and we were not disappointed. The front desk staff, Marie and Mike, treated us like family. The office is warm and cozy and Dr. Crisafulli's credentials are impressive. As professionally educated and experienced as she is, she is equally as down to earth and engaging! We had the most thorough initial examination we have EVER had and her dental hygienist is super nice and efficient a well. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. The parking is free too, which is a plus.

My husband and I have been going to Crisafulli for years. I have never had a problem so much with the dental work itself, but I am beginning to question if things that I am told need to be done, really do. Like the last tooth they pulled and then wanted $6000 for an implant. I myself went to another dentist for a while when I did not like the new office manager. Then I went back. Now we are leaving again both of us, because I get tired of arguing about the billing. They fact is you only owe what your "explanation of benefits" say you owe, but the way they do it is, they give you an estimated amount and expect you to pay that right there and then. What I owe has never been what they estimate. And I'm pretty sure the left-over estimated amount just gets forwarded because they always tell me I have a forwarded balance, even though I have always paid what my explanation of benefits tells me I owe. I refuse to pay until I get an explanation from my insurance due to this procedure. It takes up too much of my time doing the foot work to stay on top of it. I have been in their office before and heard them tell someone his totally after insurance for the day was $2000. I wonder how much of that was estimated.

I was shocked to hear how my mom was treated at her dental appointment. First as one point the dentist told her assistant to go take a lunch break in the breakroom ao if she needed her she could call her back. The asst. refused saying she wanted to go to her car as it was her time off the clock. Again this is while they were working on my mom. Then about 15min later the asst decided to leave for lunch. Please note not once did the dentist ask my if she was ok with the dentist doing a working interview.My mom had stuff in her mouthbecause she was there for a filling so she wasn't able to say anything. When they started this interview (let's call her newbie) newbie was told to wash her mouth and dry. The dentist then left Newbie, who was not in any way familiar with this tool, and almost drowned my mom. Newbie didnt have gloves it was so unprofessional. She started choking because of the amount of water she sprayed. Then she somehow managed to cut her lip. My mom left this place in so much pain her face swollen and throat raw. Who in the 2024 does this and thinks its ok. Please do not allow your child or parent to go there without someone to advocate for them. This was so unprofessional.

Dr Crisafulli has been my dentist for 28 years. For many reasons. Exceptional dental care that is above and beyond in every aspect. From making regular appointments to getting in right away for emergency tooth issues. Not to mention every staff member shows the same gentle care.

As a new patient to this clinic, I am very well pleased to have met Dr. Houser. She explained everything in great details and encouraged me to make decision for the orthodontist referral. I appreciate her honesty and attentive care.In addition, kudos to Iris who was my dental hygienist - for doing a thorough and a great job!Also, the receptionist is a very sweet lady! Who patiently explained to me the breakdown of my expected bill. Too bad I didn’t get her name.So far, I’m satisfied for the service I received and looking forward to continuing care from this clinic.

There is always a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Dr Crisafulli often make her presence known in a warm and friendly way. The quality of care I receive is excellent.

Dr C is awesome. I've been going to her for over 20 years. She's kind, personable, attentive to your needs, understands the stress levels people come in with, and keeps her place tidy and clean. She also has a great staff.

My daughter had TMJ problem and is unable to open mouth fully. It is so hard for Dr to work if the patient cannot open the mouth. Dr Crisafulli however is so patient and was able to examine and also suggest exercises that can ease the problem. She has vast experience and has dealt with many patients and hence experience speaks! I would recommend Dr Crisafulli hands down any day.

Updated Review: Initially, I had rated them at 3 stars, but I've now adjusted it to a solid 5. I realized I had underestimated my dentist's expertise.I've been a loyal patient at Christofoli Dental for quite some time, mainly for routine cleanings, and my overall experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. The staff consistently treats me with kindness and professionalism. I once had a crown placed on a back tooth, and for a period, I experienced some discomfort. This made me question the necessity of the procedure. Dr. Christofoli suggested I consult a root canal specialist, which led to my decision to revise my review.Interestingly, the specialist confirmed the exact same diagnosis as Dr. Christofoli. In my case, there was a subtle hairline fracture in the back tooth, and Dr. Christofoli had provided me with various treatment options before proceeding with the crown. The other dentist explained that post-crown discomfort can occur and fortunately, the crack had been repaired, preventing tooth loss.I wanted to acknowledge that my initial review was overly critical, and it's clear that these dentists are highly knowledgeable and skilled in their field!

The whole team takes such good care of me and always make me feel comfortable while in a chair. I am thankful for the generosity and breadth of knowledge the team has and their dedication to continue to change along with the new innovations in the dental world!

Always a great personal experience with Doctor Crisafulli !! She always greets me with her cheerful attitude. She has taken care of all my dental needs for over 10 years now. Very skillful and great attention to detail. Most of all she talks to me like a person who really cares. She is at the top of her game! Very knowledgeable!

I love this place! They're very gracious and offer full sedation dentistry, which is perfect for my wife who has had a lot of traumatic experiences in the past. This is the only dentist she trusts! Dr. Crisafulli has done SO MUCH to improve my wife's smile, not just cosmetically, but also for health reasons!They have nitrous oxide and offer sedative drugs during dentistry and it's made all the difference!

Thanks Dr.C,I’ve been dreading the tooth extraction for a long time now. You managed to get me in the very next day which was incredible. The procedure it’s self was literally painless; honestly, less pain that accidentally biting my tongue. I am very impressed by the level of care, expertise and professionalism.
