Particularly good location for discount tire. Always good staff and they respect your vehicle.
Kevin helped me out today and was very reasonable with my specific needs. He did the job himself to make sure there was no miscommunication. Wheel was mounted and balanced without a bunch of bead sealer all over the tire or wheel.

Had a flat tire and Tesla couldn’t see until two weeks into July mind you were in the middle of June. I booked the appointment online super easy got it. I was running 15 minutes late. They were professional pleasant happy to help. High energy was kind to every customer that walked in answered every inquiry timely answered every phone call within two dials And got in and out within less than 15 minutes. I definitely will be going back and I highly recommend this team.

2019 I bought a set of mud tires from discount, beating Les Schwab prices by hundreds… now discount’s prices are same as Les Schwab’s… sorry discount, you lost my business, Les Schwabs credit account is way better. If I’m paying the same as Les Schwab, I’ll buy from Les Schwab

I went here to get air in my tire. I was told I had a nail in it and they could patch it. I said oh really? The guy said yeah, your tread looks good so let's get you scheduled to come in. So I made an appointment for the next day. So I went down the next morning to get the tire patched and was told oh no we can't do that because the treading is too low. After which he showed me this graph that showed my tread was in the yellow but not red? He said he still didn't want to do the patch because of all the things that could go wrong? If I based my life on "what if's" I'd never get anything done. So then instead of patching my tire as they said they would do from the beginning, the guy started finding all kinds of things wrong with each tire and then tried to sell me on 4 new tires. Now I've worked in retail my whole life so I understand upselling but come on now. What bothers me is that this really felt like a bait and switch. It felt like they lure you in with niceties to then be like oh no we can't do that but here buy our stuff instead. I just wanted air in my tire. I am disappointed over the false offerings just to sell you. I heard you guys are the best around when it comes to tire stuff so this is really a let down. Thanks for the air I suppose.

Never coming here again. They told me there was nothing they could do with my tire that I bought here & had insurance on. Went to the Discount Tires in Everett & they helped me out. Use the insurance to get me credit towards the new tire.

Great service. Their warranty $47 per tire is way too high. They want you to keep coming back but charge you to be loyal. There's something wrong with that picture. When asked them about aieless tires, they didn't know what I was talking about.

Had my car towed there with flat tire. No appointment. They fixed the tire, never tried to sell me a new one. Done quick, and no charge. I didn't even buy my tires there. Real friendly service. Next time I will buy tires from them!

So I made an appointment for tires a week or 2 ago I paid with affirm because discount tire is on there web site I showed up and apparently after a few days even with a appointment they refund you for what ever reason and obviously that does not work so basically I am just screwed so that was a huge waste of time kinda ruined my whole day I called corporate and they said basically they don’t use affirm there would have been nice to know
