In July, my Ford F-150 started having all sorts of problems. Engine knocking, rough starts, sputtering, limp mode, etc. I called up Doc and had the truck towed to his shop. He was able to get me in, same day, and diagnose all of the problems within 24 hrs of dropping off the truck with him.
Turns out, my truck was worse for wear than I had thought and the repair cost would have been more than the truck was worth. Instead of insisting on repairs, which would have costed me thousands, Doc advised me to cut my losses. I did have the option to repair it if I wanted to, but I sincerely appreciate him and his team’s honesty and insistence about it. Other shops I’ve had the displeasure of giving my business to would have tried to rake me over the coals, but not Doc!
You can tell as soon as you meet Doc and his team that they know their craft very well, and will take care of you and your vehicle to the best of their abilities.

Doc is wonderful he is so thorough at explaining and takes the time to show you what might be wrong he also rescued me 2 times. What a guy I appreciate him so much and my car is running fabulous.

I highly recommend Doc's. I really liked the mechanic, who was very genuine and trustworthy. The shop was gritty and not shiny so don't expect that, but it was absolutely super legit. I will use them again and will recommend it to all of my friends.
They could have charged me way, way more. Apparently my engine light was only on because my gas cap wasn't on tight enough. He told me about my transmission leak and was honest about how much it would cost to actually fix... and because my car was so old, he didn't even recommend it. He even took the time to show me how to check the transmission fluid to be sure it stays full. I really appreciated their time, attention, and straight forwardness.
As a woman, I have experienced mechanics lying to raise their charges. I really trusted Doc's. Hoping this review gets them even more business. GO HERE!

The first mechanic I’ve ever been to in my life: Doc’s auto shop. I recently got my license and doc was recommended to me by a friend who’s been going to Doc for years. I knew nothing about cars, nothing. Now? I know most things under my hood, I know how to bargain, I know business is business. Doc not only took his time answering my questions, but he welcomed them! He explained everything in detail and let me look for myself. Not very many genuine hardworking people out there, if you need anything car related this is the only place you need to be. Affordable rates isn’t even the word! I am extremely appreciative to now know this gem of an auto shop run by Doc. Go here, don’t hesitate!

Called for assistance with a local breakdown. Doc met me at the site, quickly diagnosed the issue, pulled the car back to the shop and had it up and running again inside of an hour. Friendly service, reasonably priced. Much appreciated.

Doc is like a doctor, except for your vehicle. He seems to treat the vehicles in his care like a doctor treats patients. We’ve never known him to upsell anything unnecessary, and in our experience he does quality, grade A work at reasonable prices. When we’ve had parts changed, he’s showed us everything that came out and what condition they were in. Highly recommend Doc’s shop - we’re glad we found him and glad he’s in business. His shop is always busy because he does good work at good rates.

Paid for brakes.
They put on bad brakes that squeal.
Claimed to replace them under warranty..
Now refuses to replace the bad brakes.

Went to this place by reading the reviews and I was not wrong. Doc at this place is truly knowledgeable on what he is doing and he explained the problem in detail in layman terminology. He was able to accommodate my last moment request and saved a lot for me.
This will be my go to place from now on.
