The worst company to work with . They will make your reservation with the car you want and after 5 min they will call you back and tell you they don’t have the car available. It’s a scam !

Absolutly the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I returned my rental with zero damage, but a month later they want to say there was damage on my rental and charged me 2000 dollars. There was no damage on the vehicle amd they even gave me my deposit back. The photos they sent me of the milage was 22 miles different from the paper work i got when I turned the car in. They are 100 percent scammers and can't be trusted. Stay far far away from this place!!!!!

My insurance chose this particular branch as a rental pick up location for a full size sedan. No one called from the branch location to inform me that the car that I chose was not available. The only vehicle that was available was a truck too big to fit into my garage. No one validated the inventory at both the Bothell location, the mill creek enterprise location and all others near there. The manager was less than helpful and went so far as to say to go back to the shop that is currently repairing my car, pick it up from the collision repair center, drop it off tomorrow and then come back to Bothell Enterprise tomorrow and see what they have.
This is completely unacceptable as a business model especially from a branch manager.

Staff is always friendly. On this occasion they let me down. I came in 3 weeks prior to my rental date and requested 2 different vehicles. Thinking I could get one of them. I know they can’t promise a specific vehicle but I also know they can get specific vehicles if given plenty of time. This time they chose not to put the effort in and I didn’t get the requested vehicles. Their district manager is all about customer service and satisfaction. I know because I worked with him in the past. I will continue to rent with Enterprise but this occasion was a fail.

Questioning if honesty is always the best policy after this experience.
Be carful to check every inch of a vehicle before you drive away. We rented a truck and van recently while ours was being repaired. I did a walk around looking for scratches and dents that were larger than 2 inches on both vehicles. Saw nothing that was worth noting before I took the vehicles.
My husband a few days later realized the passenger headlight was bouncing. When he lifted the hood, he found that it was broken and no longer attached to the truck. When we returned the truck, I was questioned about it after informing them the lights were dim and loose. Told them we looked under the hood and that’s when we found it. I was told to sign a document so they could document the claim but wasn’t I wasn’t admitting to doing it. (LIES)
We swapped out vehicles for a van that day, walked around it again looking for dents and scratches larger than 2 inches. Nothing, again I didn’t think to check the windshield. As I was driving away, I noticed the crack in the windshield, seen in the picture below. Reported this when I returned the van a week later.
The kicker of it all… we just heard from our insurance that Enterprise filed a claim saying we broke the headlight. There was no visible damage to their truck when we did our walk around, there was no way of knowing a headlight was busted unless I looked under the hood or pushed on that light before I took it. I do recall watching an older lady returning it back because she didn’t like driving it. Wonder why? Maybe had she mentioned the exact reason why (needed new wipers, oil change lights coming on, and dim shaking headlights) she would have been blamed for the broken light and it never would have been sent out with me. Maybe their guys in the back cleaning and checking on vehicles need to be a little more detailed when preparing a vehicle to rent.
Remember… check EVERYTHING, take pictures when you find something wrong to document when and where you found it, otherwise they will blame you.
Can’t say I will ever use Enterprise again.

I made an online reservation for a 2 day car rental. I received an email confirming my reservation. The morning I was going to pick up they called and said they did not have any cars, but might in a couple hours. They said they would call back but never did. I took the bus and made a new reservation for a 1 day rental. I decided to try again and made a new Reservation. I got an email confirmation. I even called the day before just to confirm they actually would have one waiting for me. They said, absolutely. The morning of, I showed up and they said, "sorry but we don't have a car available." What? That's the whole point of the reservation. They had another car that needed an oil change and was being serviced. After 1/2 hour wait they made it available to me. Ok. Not the economy car I reserved, but a bigger one. Whatever. Word of advice, done trust the "confirmation" from Enterprise. It's auto generated bs.

We came from san jose to Washington for a visit for the holiday. We rent a car from this location and we took a car for a drive to our place a day after but as swoon as we put a defense on in immediate time the front window of the cars got a big crack starting from the bottom all the way more than 1/2 way. We were hesitant to drive the car back from Christmas light at the park our family we were thinking it might break and glass might come to our face during the drive back home. That event runner our next day event and missed it because we were not comfortable driving a car with broken windshield. We were trying to call the branch but you guys were closed in Sunday so strewing out over the entire situation and who should we call to come and fix it we have my other son-in-law look up for and find out that Kirkland branch were open so my other son-in-law call the branch and they were open and those process takes about hours and we finally changed the car and he gave us $110 discount for the inconvenience but some times inconvenience will running your entire plan especially when you are from different stat so we decided not to go out and stay home and the new car never being used and all it was a horrible memory of it. When we returned the the car in the day off returning gentleman Ben asked hope everything work out after that bad luck and I asked him if I can express my opinion in regards of the entire situation and that was then Ben gave us the full amount back and that created the environment that wow! Someone actually understood and have an emotional feeling for our family and trip here to Settle. Ben action makes it all different. That small gesture made us all happy and we were never forgotten his kindness and understanding and professionalism. I like to say his actions was above and beyond and he is a keeper! I would like to thanks Ben from all of our families from San Jose to Seattle!

In October I was in an accident caused by another driver and my insurance provided a rental car through enterprise. I was flustered when I went into the office but was immediately greeted by 2 kind employees - one of them being Jhayden. He was kind and was able to provide me with a car I was thinking about purchasing. He went out of his way to make the entire interaction easy and seamless. Went at the end of the day and he didn't rush me with any questions I had. Will use this enterprise in the future again.
