Best fedex experience ever!! The crew is super friendly, very helpful. I used the packaging service for 4 large boxes and shipped them internationally. The crew helped me design the strategy and finished them in 1 day! I was in a rush, so I really appreciate their efforts. I sent the shipping labels and when I arrived at the store, the labels were printed and ready! I am amazed by this store. Thank you so much!

Came here to send a couple of envelopes on an urgent basis, and boy was this the best customer experience at a Fedex, EVER. A big shout out to Eric for being such a great customer advocate!! Fedex..You’ve got a keeper!

The staff were honestly the worst service employees I’ve ever encountered. I asked one of them a question, and he responded with an annoyed tone and expression.
Long hair he looked visibly angry, and his attitude showed a complete lack of basic customer service skills.
I came here because I absolutely had to, but I will never return again. Do the owner or managers even train their staff? Their basic attitude is unacceptable and makes others feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place at all.

Best staff ever to work on custom prints with. I came with a complex double sided accordion project and they tirelessly worked with me for 3 hours to get it perfect. From testing different qualities of paper and making sure the print is accurate. I was even serviced with a bottle of water and folder tools. Shoutout to Eric and Ethan for their patience and enthusiasm to make sure I’m satisfied. As a professional graphic designer, I will be coming here for future prints.

Even after moving out of this area I'll still go out of my way for this location. All the staff here are really nice and the store is well kept. Special shout out to Eric who has always been so kind, helpful, and knowledgable. The time he takes to ensure my packages are shipped properly always leaves me feeling reassured. Definitely my go-to spot for shipping and printed related needs!

I’ve visited this FedEx store several times, and every single time, Eric has gone above and beyond to help. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and treats every customer with genuine care. What makes the experience even more special is how thoughtful he is with kids—my toddler loves coming along because Eric always shares a piece of bubble wrap for her to play with. It’s these small but meaningful gestures that make a big difference. I’ve always had a great experience at this store thanks to Eric!

Eric, I hope you see this. My company spends around $5,000 a year at FedEx, and you are the only person who can’t seem to print from an email without complications. You’re the only one who needs follow-up questions and a discussion before doing any work. Because of this, I’ve experienced numerous wasted trips and missed deadlines.
If you receive another print request from us and don’t understand what to do, please ask a coworker or follow the instructions provided. Every email clearly states to call if you have any issues, yet instead of calling, you ignore the email and only ask questions when we arrive to pick up the order.
Discussing your policies and procedures at that point is frustrating and unnecessary. Your approach is inconsistent with the service we’ve come to expect from everyone else at FedEx. I would appreciate it if you could update your training to align with the standards your colleagues follow.

Absolutely outstanding service from Eric at the Bothell FedEx office! He helped me print and resize posters and table cards for a 90th birthday party, ensuring everything looked perfect. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire process seamless. I truly appreciate his expertise and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

The staff that were present did a great job assisting with my needs and were friendly and professional. It seemed like it was a little understaffed as there was a long wait for service and support to ship my packages. Overall the lack of staff wouldn't prevent me from coming back, just be prepared to wait a bit if they are busy.
