Always a pleasure to shop here. Employees are always friendly, bathrooms kept clean, and the lines might get long but they do what they can to keep everyone moving. Parking lot gets tricky

Extremely rude staff. Zach (staff) started yelling at the top of his voice trying to embarrass me when I asked for help. Customer service desk is a joke because the lady at the counter had to call the manager for every damn customer. This store is a circus - very poorly managed and the people here are only to harass the customers. Why is it hard to be nice to customers? If you don't like your job, quit and go somewhere else rather than spoiling it for everyone! Also, the prices ringing up wrong is a fact - always check your receipt.

This is the best Fred meyer ever! Great selection, kindest most helpful and authentic employees ever, upbeat, they even play good tunes like Deep Purple and Jimi Hendrix etc. Shoutout to all Fred Meyer staff! Clothes are great to purchase here too! Whoever is involved with the management should shoutout and encourage everyone including management. A genuine thanks to all for creating a great environment. Your work is seen! I love coming!

So, shopping produce again, and was pleased to see staff vacuuming out and washing bins before restocking. Checking each vegetable beforehand.
Also, trimming up lettuce and removing less than perfect leaves! They graciously allowed photos taken of their grand efforts.
Taking pride in their work shows that Fred Meyers only hires the best. ?

I was working there and half the people in the red vests and at times management (Cheryl Gunderson) tried to harden things for me there by spreading rumors about me and Eric’s sense of joy, living in his apartment without air conditioning, was in the idea of me getting removed from the UW Foster School of Business Accounting Certificate program for underperforming. They wanted to distract me.“If he doesn’t do good enough on this midterm, we got him stuck here ?.” -EricFall QuarterMinimum GPA 2.7End GPA 3.4His assessment was dubious because I played dumb to deceive them for a final surprise revelation. It was a defensive social strategy I developed after I was targeted at Pizza Hut.The people there can act friendly and may even enjoy how expert they got at their jobs but as I grew into knowledgeable, Senior level comfort, I decided to cash out before that 1-2/5 portion of the crew could get creative enough to annoy me more effectively. I kept my calm except for raising my voice once in a civil, stressed manner and talked to the customers for six months and now I interest in studying and building onto my personal life.There’s also a Fred Meyer closer to me so I go there to shop instead. Mill Creek has a gas station but Bothell has faster checkout lanes. It doesn’t matter to me while all I do is self check out and the ones that Mill Creek have more space.It wouldn’t be as much of a complete and honest review without this paragraph. Another small fraction of people at Fred Meyer Bothell stood for me and supported me. I saw groups of fellow employed at times smiling and talking to eachother about money, cars, food, and other people. Teamwork was pretty professional and supportive, though I suspect reasonably that some was motivated by location top and middle management wanting me to work there. Those things were normal. Those redeem one star.I still ranted because there’s significant unethical trash in this Fred Meyer or at least there was when I worked there. It included the rumor that I fantasized about women. You might think it’s funny, but if so, it’s only if you’re not the one the rumor is being spread about and the way my brain works is, that behavior is social vindictiveness hidden behind cheap fun.

Do not buy make-up at this supermarket. They think their customers are fools so set the price much higher than other store, even higher then the official website of that brand.

Make sure to get a shopping cart from the parking lot on your way into the store because more often than not there are zero carts available. If there is a singular cart in the entrance the security wheels on it are probably locked and you may injure yourself pushing it.Also, do forget to be treated like a criminal at the automated checkout stand where every action is treated like a crime, recorded on video, and displayed to you and the employee for review before you are allowed to leave the store after paying for your goods. Then having the wheels lock on your cart for one more inspection only to leave it for the next sucker.Can't wait until there are fewer choices where to shop.

Pros: Open late, many departmentsCons: long lines, and displays in the aisles! You can’t even get through with how many displays they have. WE KNOW YOU HAVE CHIPS. THAT’S NICE NOW LET ME THROUGH.
