I had an appointment scheduled and specifically asked if I could wait for an oil change and brake inspection. When I showed up for my appointment they said I would have to leave it until Monday? Such a waste of my time. I canceled and went somewhere else. Unprofessional staff.

I came in because my front right tire had a nail in it, and i figure it would be a good time to change over to my snow tires. I asked them to give me the best looking tire as a spare, and scrap the rest, as i intended to buy a new set of tires in the spring. The man who did the job gave me a "look," like i was an annoyance to them, and handed me back the tire.... with the nail in it. I returned with the tire, and told them they knew exactly what they did. He did know, and he proceeded to immediately patch it for free. Slimey business practices. (years back they charged me 200 bucks for a vehicle engine inspection and didn't even look at it)

Overpriced and honestly, service was great but refused to fix the one tire on my 2013 BMW. They Wanted 1,100 for 4 new tires and wouldn't budge. I eventually towed my vehicle somewhere else and got 4 tires for 375 plus tax. Just sayn...

Shout out to Mike and his team for the EXCELLENT customer service after my nightmarish experience with Firestone in Millcreek. I now have the new tires I should have had a couple of weeks ago. Even with some hiccups in the delivery of all 4 tires, Mike made sure that I was kept up to date on the status the entire time. He even called to let me know they were all finally there and squeezed me in this morning instead of making me wait until Monday! Hats off to you. Excellent customer service is, sadly, a thing of the past, and it definitely shouldn't be!

Driving from BC to Seattle and arrived at this location 10 minutes before closing and there was no staff to help us with our leaking tire. We had to scramble around and drive to Les Schwab who stayed open for us to take care of us. We were ver disappointed in this location

I was a bit unsure about this place because of the ratting(it is 3.7 at the time of this review). But I gave it a try. They did a very good job on my car and gave me a good review about what needs to be changed. I had a wobbly rotor and the car needed an overall service. What I liked was they gave me a long term option and a short term fix(cheaper ) for the rotors and left it to me to decide as per my need. I don’t know how they ended up with an average rating, I think they did a fantastic job on my car.

I made an appointment on line. Easiest booking experience I have ever had on ANY web site! And impressed that the appointment was automatically entered into my Google calendar. Impressive! Check in was a breeze - even though they were short handed when I arrived. Wayne Smith expedited check in, and my service was done ahead of expected pick up time.

Not bad but not sure why front desk workers sound unhappy and treat customers nit in a respectful manner. Told wayne being nice doesn't cost. Wayne is probably the better of all. They know nothing about customer service
