Always an A+ experience at this location! Fast, friendly, transparent about costs and timing! They honor coupons and offer discounts when available, I have nothing bad to say about my multiple experiences here. The staff is qualified, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They also do some light cleaning of the vehicle which really makes a difference in service. Thank you, gentlemen!!

Great service. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I pulled in 20 minutes before closing and they were still happy to service my car.

I usually get my oil changed here. Generally happy. It's fast. They usually try to sell something I didn't need (i.e. an engine filter every 5000 miles. Please.).
Three stars because I had them rotate my tires once and one lug nut straight up fell off afterwards and another lug stud broke. This is generally caused by shoddy work and not torquing properly. They shouldn't even offer tire services.
So 1-star for tire work.

Always informative about services required when coming in for oil changes, and they don't pressure you to buy, employees are friendly, will continue to use this location for my services as long as I am able to.

I’ve been coming here for several years. I’ve always been greeted with kindness, professionalism and a smile. I’ve never felt pressure to purchase or upgrade anything. In fact, it was recommended I change my transmission fluid. I probably put it off for a few years. Finally did at grease monkey and my car is running smoother, no intermittent chugging. I’m not sure why I waited so long. I asked them to check on my AC this summer because it was warm air. They did and said needed a bigger service than their store had the capability to do, so they sent me to the Kenmore grease monkey. AC is now cooler and running like a champ.
I also inquired about my dim (in my opinion) headlights. They checked them out and said they are running great, even after 13 years and that I might just need to clean the glass lamps. Kind of embarrassing but I truly appreciate the honesty. Anyway- I could go on and on about how great this store is, but I’ll stop now. My husband and I will continue to go to here. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with our older trucks and car. Thank you again!!!
