Caveat emptor, Part II Harley's windows do NOT meet PSE's rebate requirements, and the salesperson will not tell you. This oversight cost me a $900 rebate that I was counting on to offset the price. Evidently it is up to the customer to know this fact (by osmosis?). A more upstanding company would disclose the information. A further note: I did not sign the lending paperwork because hidden in the fine print was a nonspecific power of attorney clause.

We searched around for a company to replace some windows and a French door. Coming across Harley Exteriors at a local event, we had them come out to show us what they could do. The presentation and description of their products was outstanding and they answered all our inquiries and gave us confidence to choose their company. The pre-install communication was excellent and easy to accomplish. We got all our questions answered and received quick responses. The day of installation was easy; very professional workers. The windows and door exceeded our expectations. We were especially happy with the install team. They were neat, polite and very friendly. We highly recommend anyone wanting to improve the look and value of their home to choose Harley.

Like all the other reviews here, there are huge issues with this company. First, the sales pitch was genuinely 5+ hours, even when I kept calling her out on the shady sales techniques. Like, I know you're not really calling your boss to ask for a discount. I know we're not getting special treatment. Please stop doing this silly dance, you look ridiculous. If we didn't genuinely need new windows, I would have walked. But the only thing that made me go with Harley over another company was the warrantee--which, if I'm reading these other reviews correctly, might not stand up. Of all the windows that were intended to be replaced in a day, one is still not finished. They "couldn't find it" on the day of installation so hopefully they will indeed come back to get the job done. We also were not given the paperwork promised to get the PSE rebate, so I'm hoping to force that one when the workers return. A project invoice and the papers that come with the windows shouldn't be hard to hard over. The windows themselves seem to be a fine quality, but they leave a color cast on everything--it's much more "yellow" through these windows than my last ones, and I'm hoping the discoloration doesn't get stronger with time.

I had Harley Exteriors replace the 6 large windows across the front of my house. Very impressed with the quality of their products and their crews, both at my home and their office staff as well! I would recommend Harley Exteriors to all!

I was praying that the windows would make my home warmer after installation. I still have four windows left to complete and yet the house is so much warmer. I can't wait till the winter comes to see if it makes a difference then too. It Friday's temperature of 97 degrees right out the ball park. Inside the house I could not believe the temperature was that high. Simply wonderful.
