Horrible leasing office and customer service. Specifically Elsie and Melissa R whom where of the least help in getting issues resolved. I waited a month after two months of experiencing back to back issues with this place to post the review. I have still not gotten the email follow ups regarding multiple issues from Melissa. I went in office and she was on an hour and a half break according to Elsie who offered help. I explained the issue and she reverted back to Melissa being of no help. I could explain in deep detail of the issues I experienced but to be short, I think we just got unlucky after the first month. I sent multiple emails to no response, never given a callback, and no one who would be able to address or take accountability is never in office. They will be available to take your money though. Their previous maintenance guy is longer on this property from what I heard so I’m hopeful in regards to my new work order about an issue they swept under the rug.

I’m moving out of this apartment after a wonderful experience living here. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The condominium is always clean, organized, and feels very safe, which made living here such a pleasant experience.
I want to especially highlight the office staff—they are exceptional! Always professional, kind, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their efficiency and warm attitude made everything, from maintenance requests to general inquiries, so easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their dedication to making this place feel like home.
I’m sad to leave but grateful for the time I spent here. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Please Don't be fooled by any of their Bullshit fake good reviews... I lived here for a year and couldn't get out fast enough. Before you sign anything, take a walk around and notice the lack of maintenance... See the buildup of trash around the dumpsters. Don't let the Sales guy walk you around.. Walk yourself through the other stairwells to see the trash sitting for weeks. Walk through different hallways and smell yourself the stench of mildew and mold.

We lived here for 5 years and have nothing but positive things to say about Ivorywood. Loved how kind and helpful the staff was. Great location - right next to the Burke Gilman Trail and Yakima Fruit Market. It’s a safe community & clean property, loved the fall colors too. Highly recommend!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!We lived there for a year. At the very beginning, everything is fine. But after the water pipe broken because of the cold weather, the leasing office shows their attitude and never take any responsibilities. Till now, after 5 months from water pipe broken, we did not get our money back. The most ridiculous thing is that Jonathan said they have offered an option is to moving out immediately with all fee waived but we never received this option notification or email. He said "We are surprised you guys move back." I said that no one have told us the moving out option and he said "You should ask".My stuff was stolen in the community because they asked us to move out our stuff from garage since they need to repair after the water pipe broken. No one notified us that the garage is ready so we have to keep our stuff outside. I just asked them to see if there is anyway they can do to have my stuff back, do you know what they said? They say "You should ask when you can move you thing back to garage. We have nothing to do in this situation"They also try to get money from us for the water pipe broken from us in the moving out fee. Our moving out cost is incredible high and we are still arguing that.This is how the leasing office works. Before you move in, they are nice and kind. After you move in and there is anything happened, they just never take any responsibilities.

Gross entitlement. First thing you see is residents with no placards double parked in wheelchair accessible spots. Security guard is so busy racially profiling me, but clearly used to residents taking up handicapped parking. Gross all around. Booooo!

Booked a tour for 11 am. for a unit, they said it is available to be toured. Showed up 30 minutes earlier. Waited in my car until 10:50 am.Waited until 11:23 a.m., and finally somebody showed up after a nice guy from the maintenance team informed them. Thanks, Craig.The community manager (Melissa) told me they don't actually have those units to show up. However, my tour was scheduled specifically for that unit, and they told me it is available. She didn't even apologize for being late. I ended up the "tour" immediately and left.I drove 1 hour to this place just to be greeted with incompetence. If you don't have the unit available, why waste somebody's time telling them to come to see the unit?If they treat potential tenants like this, I could not imagine how they treat current tenants.TLDR: They just wasted my time. They showed up almost 30 minutes late to my appointment. They didn't have the unit they said they had for my tour.

Great place to start a family with your first child, or two. Safe neighborhood, as well as storage next door. And many grange/ parking options. Could use a dog park, or some entertainment area. Other than that, this place is a great place to call home. New, updated apartment homes, with modern features, including soft close cabinets, and toilet seats. New flooring, as well as smart tech appliances/sensors for optimal safety, and savings on utilities. Consider this place home. And I'm sure you won't regret it!
