Visiting from out of town & Nan treated me very well, she confirmed my prior manicure was not up to par, I have developed an acrylic allergy. I super appreciated feedback from her and this will be my nail spa every time I’m visiting family!

Worse customer service ever!!! Do not go here!! They did my nails on Monday. One broke. I walked in and said I need a mail fixed. The owner says. Sorry I’m a bit busy. No offer for another time nothing!!! Stay clear!! She’s rude!!

Booked an appointment here today and was clear on what service we wanted.. 2 gel manicures and 1 gel pedicure. Arrived to our appointment and picked out our colors. The technician who was helping my 13 year old daughter pulled out acrylics and I stopped her and said she has natural nails and we do not want acrylics. Another lady across the room not even helping either of us yelled out that my daughter’s nails were too thin and unhealthy that she needed acrylic. I told her no, we do not want acrylic and my daughter’s nails are not unhealthy…. The technician who was helping my daughter proceeded to cut my daughter’s long, healthy natural nail short. We immediately stopped them and left. This is the hustle a previous post was talking about! Attempting to upsell unauthorized services and taking advantage of people who are getting nails done with their daughters. If they didn’t attempt their hustle, they could have gained a regular customer who averages $400+ tip PER MONTH! now someone else who runs an honest business will get our service.

I was resistant to go to a new nail salon, but the nail tech was incredible! Careful, attentive and fast! The vibe at the nail salon is nice and clean. My nails never looked so good! 10/10
