Great selection and good prices. I feel like you can get just as good deals online when they have a sale but it was fun to visit the company store. They ask that you make an appointment to shop as the place is quite small.

Pre ordered an outfit on December 30th 2024 for my daughter to wear in spring. The outfit did not ship until JUNE 2025. My daughter was 4m old when I bought it assuming (since it was a spring item) it would come in March, maybeee April at the latest. No where on the page did it say the item wouldn’t ship until June. Of course now, knowing how quickly and unpredictably babies grow this will not fit my daughter and was a complete waste of money. In April when I emailed customer service about this they said I would have to wait until to see if it shipped after May 31st before I could request to have my order canceled or refunded. I would have appreciated more transparency on the estimated ship date because had I known it would be June of 2025 I would never have purchased. This entire scenario has turned me off from ever shopping here again

I don’t care how cute the clothes are—waiting 20 days for a single item is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered well in advance, thinking it would arrive on time, but nope. The only communication I received was an automated message stating that the shipping times take 1-12 business days. I would understand a 12-day shipping time if the item were made to order, but it's not. When checking out my cart, it doesn't state how long it will take unless you go looking for it. The shirt finally arrived, and yes, it looks great, but what’s the point if it shows up way too late to be useful? And there is no use in returning the item when I can only receive store credit. Totally unacceptable shipping time for a children’s clothing company... Never shopping here again.

I really love the quality and style of Kate Quinn’s baby clothing. It’s so soft and the prices are so affordable! The only negative about Kate Quinn is there very long processing and shipping time. Each time I’ve ordered from their website, it’s taken 13-14 days just to ship. As well as another 5 Days or so to get delivered. So if you order online, especially if it’s a gift, plan ahead. My first time ordering, it was a gift and it did not arrive in time. I understand that some companies are smaller than others, and that can contribute, but it can still be disappointing.

Be prepared to wait a long time for your order. They take your money as soon as the order is placed, but it will take over a month for you to receive it. There are plenty of other brands with the same quality of clothes. They don't stand out enough to justify the long wait time. Also, once the order is placed you can't cancel it. (even when it's just sitting in their system waiting to be picked). I find this hard to believe in today's technology advanced world.

Love the clothes, however, shipping times are absolutely atrocious. 20 days from time of order is way too long. Make your extreme shipping delays transparent to buyers. I ordered a birthday present for a friend's baby and need to return as it arrived too late. Be aware: THEY ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT AND DO NOT REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

It's outrageous that they do not allow cash refunds for accidental orders. Please be cautious when ordering from this site, they do not care about your well being, they will only give you store credit. A friend of mine had an order placed by her toddler on accident for a lot of money and now can't get the money back and only gets store credit due to their backwards policy.

I was very very happy with the Customer service. I ordered a present for the upcoming birthday of a 1 year old baby and, by my own fault, I did not check the lead time. After explaining to them, how I missed reading about this, and how important it was for me to receive this on time, they really went out of their way to make it happen. And they did, too. My advice for whoever orders is to take a little extra time when ordering for a special occasion. It’s worth the extra wait time: the quality of the clothing is outstanding, and the styles are very cute, too!!! Thank you so very much!!!! ?

If you make a small order, it’s great! Shipping and delivery does take forever though. BEWARE if you make a large order as it will get “lost in the mail” and then if you order clearance items they will just refund you and say sorry these were out of stock although it shows in stock when you make the order. I’m honestly tired of the store credit and lost in the mail and then I have nothing to spend the store credit on because everything I like or wanted to purchase is gone. It’s a 50/50 chance. I’ve made 4 orders in a month! Only 2 ever arrived

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I paid priority shipping for an item to receive it before my oversees trip which was not even processed for over 10days. Customer service is of no help. Requested a cancelation as I didn’t want the package to stay in front of the door while I am oversees for months due to safety, which they did not help with. Instead, suggested me to return the item once I receive it, even though I mentioned twice that I won’t be able to receive it due to my travels. Jamie Kay is sending packages from New Zeeland to US in 2 business days including processing, whereas these guys are not even processing them within US in 3 weeks. Apparently their processing times are up to 12 business days, which is ridiculous. Never seen an order being processed for 3 weeks. My child will grow out by the time the order is received. I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

I have placed an order for a gift many business days ago, more than 10 at this point and the order never arrived. Not only it hasn't shipped yet (afte 2 weeks) but until today (10 business days after) the order hasn't been even processed per customer service! when I asked for a refund I was told it was not possible and the only way is to wait the order to arrive (which until today wasn't even processed by the shop!) so now I'll have to purchase my gift elsewhere without even getting my money back.
Sounds like a scam, looks like a scam. I don't doubt the quality of the product but horrible customer service and online shop. Will not buy again.

Best baby clothes by far. Quality materials that are safe for babies and the cutest styles that are always being updated. I could buy the whole store. Great customer service that responds very quickly and super accommodating

Love the style of clothes. You can’t find prints like this anywhere, BUT I have so many issues with this company. TLDR at the bottom!
They carry limited, VERY limited amounts of items, which is crazy because they have a huge following. So unless you hire a bot to do your shopping or you have the time to sit at home and stare at your phone, you aren’t getting any of the prints you want.
I just tried to participate in a presale this morning and 10 seconds after the website opened for the sale, the items I wanted were gone. But not before I was able to add them to my cart. And Kate Quinn allows cart napping, so even though something is in your cart, it can be bought out from under you by someone else (so be sure to have your card info on apply pay, even though that does nothing because I have that all plugged in and still get cart napped because, you know, bots). So, the items in my cart were bought out from under me so I didn’t purchase anything. But now I have gotten a text and an email from Kate Quinn saying “looks like you forgot something in your cart, do you still want this?” even though their website wouldn’t let me purchase it because it was “sold out.” So which is it? Is it sold out? Or is it still in my cart? So frustrating. BTW, the email from the company says “this is still in your cart, but dont worry, we saved it for you.” Uhh no you didn’t because your website says it isn’t available for purchase??? Like what? Buying clothes for your kids shouldn’t be stressful or a hassle.
Would also like to mention that this was a presale. Meaning the clothes haven’t even been made yet, so how is there such a limited inventory on things that haven’t been made? Make it make sense Kate Quinn.
As much as I would love to recommend this company for the cute clothes, it’s too much of a full time job to try and get what you want.
TLDR: great clothes, horrible business mindset, horrible website, and horrible management of inventory.

I love the quality of Kate Quinn clothes and this outlet is wonderful. It is full of all sizes of baby/kids clothes and also women’s clothing. The person working there was very kind and helpful. I found so many good items for myself and my child. I’ll definitely be stopping by again.
One thing to be aware of, it is a bit of a digging through boxes and bins situation. So go when you have both time and patience available. It will be worth it!
