Great customer service. Throughout our long conversations I was never left without any help or answer. The sales/customer service team is really doing their best and they helped me a lot.

My favourite input device ever. People behind it are great too. I want to mod my keyboard with new switches, they make keywells and PCBs available to me for a very reasonable price so that I don't have to destroy my existing parts!
