I showed up this morning at 8 when they opened no apt with a large nail or screw in my tire. Tony and the team got me checked in and I was out the door with my tire fixed by 840! The guys are super nice the store is clean with lots of charging stations and places to work

If they tell you they need to have the tires delivered, pick something else or go somewhere else. I dropped my truck off at 8am and didn't get it back until 6pm. I don't know where these tires came from but they gave no explanations or apologies for taking the entire day to put four tires on my car. Not a positive experience.

Super positive experience with the crew at this store. I was bringing my jet ski trailer in for annual preventative maintenance on the wheels/bearings. Greeted by someone working on another vehicle when I pulled in. Love how Jessica inside is friendly and helpful. Brian also was in the store and was great.
I particularly appreciate how you under-promise and overdeliver on what you do! I came in without an appointment on a Saturday and was prepared I might be getting the trailer back on Monday. The cost was a little lower than expected and the work was completed that day!
In addition, it's clear your people are taken care of. They have smiles and are friendly and welcoming. It really stands out in a world where that is certainly not the norm. Last year I failed to do the maintenance on the hubs soon enough and had to have some restorative work done. That experience was really great too.
Highly recommend Les Schwab and highly recommend this store.

We've been loyal Les Schwab customers for over 30 years, and the Bothell location continues to deliver the same outstanding service we've come to trust. I recently stopped in for a tire rotation and new wiper blades. After one of the wipers had an issue, they took care of it immediately—no hassle at all. The team is always friendly, honest, and professional, and the shop is impressively clean and welcoming. It's rare to find this level of consistent customer service year after year. Highly recommend!

Went in for slow air leak and tire rotation. Was told I have a leaky valve stem. The tires were rostated and assumed the leaky stem was replaced. It was not, only a notification with no fix or mention of needing it fixed. The Les Schwab up the road did a much better job explaining the details and path to fixing the leak.

10000% would recommend this Les Schwab over the others. After going to the wrong Les Schwab and being treated not the greatest, I’m glad I pulled my car from and brought it here instead. They truly care about our vehicle and do everything within reason to make sure needs and wants are met. My IS350 is lowered and they got the alignment perfect for my needs. They also didn’t damage anything on the under carriage which can be concerning with leaving a lowered vehicle at any shop. Their customer service and respect is top notch

This place is 10/10. They’ve taken care of me in a prompt manner EVERY visit. I’m here a lot for all of our family cars. Recently my wife had our 7 month old and had to go in because she had a nail in her tire. They got her out in 30 minutes. Thanks for great service.
