Great service and good prices. We got a new set of tires, and they recommended siping the tires (Google can explain), which has been well worth the extra $90. Trust me. My car handles better than it ever has, and I am much less worried about road conditions.

This store is by far the best experience I have had. We drive 4.5 hours one way to see Seattle children’s every 3 months so we do a lot of driving. On the drive in I was noticing an issue with my brakes. I brought my car in after we had a full day of appts with my 6 year old. We were both really overwhelmed, but I was nervous to push it and head home without having it looked at even tho we were both ready to be home. Ian, Tanya and really everyone who was there was so kind to us. They were very patient with my bouncing 6 year old who hasn’t had the best of luck with her health. They gave her popcorn, and let her use their highlighters to write out all if their names. Thank you for being so kind to us. You could have easily gave us a quote and wrote us off but you went out of your way for our safety and I genuinely wish I could always come to this store.

Willing to lose business just to try to upsell. Came in with 3 almost new tires and 1 (same age that got sidewall damage) Tried to buy a replacement and stated they can only sell me 4 or none. This was without looking at the condition of the other tires. Then stated if I wanted just one I would need to "go home take it off the car and just bring me back the one" Super Shady!! I have bought many, many tires over the years at Les Schwab (many times just one) and it had always been a great experience, however, this guy at the Bothell location made sure that will not ever happen again.

What a RIP OFF and SCAMM! I am conclusively convinced that this place (like many, yet not all) is intentionally scamming customers out of their money! My story - last month I came over to try to address a "clunking" sound I got when making a right turn. My other mechanic said that it is likely due to a lower control arm, which he didn't deal with himself, hence told me to go to Les Schwab. I came, described the symptoms of the problem to a person at the counter (the supervisor), who relayed my words to the mechanic (he unapologetically didn't let me talk to the mechanic directly). Two hours later, a mechanic came out and told me that a lower control arm needs to be replaced because "rubber bushings" were completely destroyed, which is normal for this car (Toyota 2015!). I asked him to show it to me, which he categorically refused, with "customers are not allowed in the shop" justification. I tried to negotiate, but no luck - they were determined to keep me out of the shop. Eventually he said "even if I was allowed to show it to you, you won’t see it anyways". This was weird and discouraging, but I went with the flow. He said that they can't fix it today, so I will need to order the part with them and schedule an appointment for a 6 hour job. I asked how dangerous is it to drive the car home in this condition, to which he said (and I audio RECORDED it on my phone!) "It isn't safe... Worst case scenario is that your wheel could topple while you're driving" (and gestured it with his hands). Jesus, that really freaked me out, so I asked whether I should leave the car in the shop, to which he said "you can take it home, but I wouldn't push it faster than 80mph on a freeway".At home I've researched the problem and saw many discrepancies in mechanic's story - the symptoms didn't really point to the lower control arm, nor the danger level... So I decided to find another mechanic and get another opinion (a local mechanic, who takes car engines apart - knowledgeable and experienced). He took off the wheels and showed(!!!) me that lower control arm rubber bushings are a bit torn but fine, and he never gets Toyotas this young with this problem - only ones from 1990s, hence this claim was suspicious to him from the start. He then tried tightening various parts and found a little stone(!) jammed near the lower arm (see pic/vid). He confirmed that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car, it was just the stone that was making the sound, which posed NO DANGER to the car of the passengers! I was SHOCKED!! Indeed, after the stone was removed the clunking stopped! To summarize - Les Schwab tactic is to SELL parts and labor you DON'T NEED, and go to the lengths of making up intimidating stories and injecting FEAR if one doesn't purchase. This is absolutely horrendous!! Was it just a bad apple mechanic? I doubt it, as he had no incentive to scam me. My conclusion is that the COMPANY is a SCAMM. Other sign of systematic SCAM is that they absolutely REFUSE to SHOW customers "problems" that they've identified, and expect the customer to trust their assessments and decision making.I'm super p*ss*d knowing that they tried to take advantage of me and sell me hundreds of dollars (likely over a thousand) of parts and labor just because they could! Sleezy business practice!! STAY AWAY!!

Les Schwab, in Bothell,WA:Thanks to the crew! Best customer service! They placed new, All-Terrain tires on my CX5 Mazda, (switching out the factory tires at my request), in preparation for heavy rain snow and ice. Brandon took the time to show me the differences between all-weather and all terrain tire treads, the benefits, and why they were noisier than my previous tires. It's the tread that is different levels to better grip the road. They will quiet down more when they have some wear. I'm not worried aboit the sound now. I very happy with these tires and the fact I and my family and other passengers, will be safer on the road.(!) Thanks again!

I have been a long-time customer. I bought what I needed and I was surprised that they didn't want to put sour on a tire and they behaved very badly with me, thank you

Very nice folks. I was in a tough spot and had a flat. They found a nail in the tire and fixed it within an hour for free. I’ll be back when I need tires.

We had a customer on their way to pick up their RV at our shop, and while doing our trip inspection for them, we found one of their inner dually tires shredded and off the rim. Les Schwab was very helpful on the phone and asked me to contact the Bothell location. They loaded the tires and were at our shop right after our customer arrived. I wish I caught the name of the service tech. He was very professional and fast. We both had happy customers.

I highly recommend Les Schwab - Bothell. I got the exact tires I was looking for at a fair price. The installation was quick and the staff friendly. My salesperson, Scott, was very helpful and quick to respond.

Great experience overall. It was a little bit longer than expected to get me through from my scheduled appointment time but they provided quality services overall. I'll go back again for sure, I know unexpected things happen when trying to stay on schedule, just make sure additional delays are communicated.

Love this Schwab! All our vehicles filter through for tires, brakes, suspension, shocks, and tire rotation. Even the free inspection prior to a road trip!!

I ordered new wheels and tires and called to check on them a week later. Was told the tires were in and they were just waiting on the wheels. I was originally told it would be 3 or 4 days. Well almost 2 weeks later I get the call they have arrived. Great , I cancelled my work for the day and took my truck in for the service. Not so great , they sold my tire order and can't get the same ones. Of course they offered me other tires , but they can't get then until Monday, maybe. No excuses , no apologies, don't care I am a business owner that just lost a couple grand in work revenue for nothing. Why call at all and say wheels and tires are in if they're not. JUST TO WASTE MY TIME AND MONEYUPDATE:Tim , at best your reply is dismissive and does not address the problem. The problem is not an inventory problem. The problem is they sold my tire order , and still called and told me to come in and that my wheels and tires were in and to come in for Installation. Your chance to earm my trust back should of been your reply , not blowing the problem off with a P/C correct reply.
