Krista is the best! I had to amend my tax return because of lack of information on my part and she didn't even roll her eyes at me. She's very good at communication. I have been going to her since 2012..I hope she never retires for my own selfish reasons.....

The best tax preparer I have ever had. I come back every year due to the compassionate and client-centered customer service as well as the expeditious completion of my tax return. I recently moved to Auburn and I am happy to make the drive to Bothell/Mill Creek for this service!! Krista Salmon and her team always take care of me.

Been coming here for years, Krista Salmon always does an amazing job, she makes everything so simple and straightforward, and consistently displays exceptional hospitality. All of the staff here are knowledgable and friendly, but Krista is exceptional, highly recommend her services for anyone new to doing taxes, or anyone looking for a better tax preparer.

Liberty Tax at Trashers Corner, is the worse, Krysta is rude and so unprofessional. Save ur self some trouble and don't use them. She file our business and bookkeeping but they didn't do the job right for a whole year and Krysta blame it on her old book keeper and never fix our paperwork. When we ask her for our files because we find another tax and book keeper she took so long like almost 6months, until we put pressure on her and she kept saying it was the IRS fault that was taking so long to fix our problem.After that she followed by insulting me and calling me names and telling me "I didn't deserve my husband". That is very unprofessional of her part and non of her

Liberty tax at Thrashers Corner does not even deserve one star. They did my fathers tax for over 10 years so when he passed I wanted them to do his estate tax. What a mistake, Krista, the owner is the worst..months of waiting, promises not kept, out right lies to when its going to get done. I finally had to go get my documents back because of so many delays on her part. She said it would be done if I came back the next day at 2 because she was working on it, pointing to her computer screen, yet when I demanded my documents, she left that work station, went to a different workstation and retrieved my documents that were buried a foot deep. How was she currently working on my fathers estate tax when it was buried 30 feet away on another desk. Too many lies. Read the reviews. She will respond with lies in reference to this review, but they just stack up like the desk in her office. Do yourself a favor, go across the street to H&R block. I suggest if you choise to have interaction with Krista, have your phone on with someone on the line to verify your discussion with her. Not recorded, just witnessed, because Washington is a concent to record state, it worked for me in this case, witnessed by third party.

Very bad service. They are SCAMMER.DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE!!!!As a tax consultancy they do not know what they are doing. After collecting all the documents, a week later they schedule a meeting and on the day of meeting they call and they are not ready and need few more hours. Once you reach to their office they say they are still not ready and send you back home. very unprofessional.Problem does not stop here:They charge you the fee and say they are going to file a tax as everything is completed.After a week when you call then if tax was filed with IRS they say there are still reviewing it. 2 days after they call you and say there is a mistake in your return. extremely unprofessional.Ask for cancellation of your return they say you need to come back to there office and find reason not to pay your money back!

ZERO star for the service. Krista and Lalitha asked us to come to the office several time and their documents for tax was not ready. Finally after 3-4 visits they had papers ready and changed us for their service and 2 weeks later they call and said those papers were not reviewed and the return numbers have changed, they didn’t do the filling for that long. When we asked to cancel they denied to return the service fees.Lack of communication, no follow up, and not a timely service.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT WORTH MONEY AND TIME.
