Really rude customer service. Will never return for any services. 100% DO NOT recommend. Definitely needs new management to provide better customer service.

I came in a few weeks ago. This review is just now being posted as I went somewhere else and they were in utter shock as to how I was treated and told me I should leave a review which I am now doing. My vehicle was serviced at another location by nice professional employees and the customer was beyond excellent. When I shared my experience with this place Brayden was very informative on what I needed and how long the process would take very professional completed my service processed payment and overall provided a better experience.
Again this place was very rude in customer service. So rude I went to another city to find a oil change place entirely.

After going through the process of new mechanics search, these guys Nailed it. John, Justin, and Lindsay are OUTSTANDING. Down to Earth shop that gets the job done. Very professional, respectful, and customer oriented with great aspects of business. They have earned my continuous business, not after just one or two visit and simple oil changes, after many professional help.
If you need a place, come to this place.

Rudely told my husband with arm gestures and when my husband rolled down his window to understand the guy said they don’t do Fiats. We won’t be back with any of our other vehicles.

I was trying to replace front pads and rotors on my own (I've done it many times before) but the last bolt was seized. The folks at Lube-A-Lot were willing to take my car in and successfully removed the seized bolt. They installed the brand new (still in box) pads and rotors I already purchased on my own for a flat installation fee (about $180). I was happy with the service and their willingness to work with me, since I hadn't purchased the parts thru them. Grateful to have a shop like this nearby for simple maintenance and repairs, knowing I'm not getting gouged by the dealership and upsold on unnecessary add-ons.

These people are so friendly. You can get an ultra quick oil change, a new cabin air filter, your fluids topped off, a CAR WASH, and a good conversation for less money than an oil change and a pestering of sales questions at Jiffy Lube.
