Brendan was great! I've never gone mattress shopping before, and knew very little in terms of what I wanted. He gave me a lot of information and helped me choose a great mattress. The process was easy to complete and I'm happy to be able to get to enjoy my new bed within the week I purchased it! Excited to sleep! ?? Thanks for the help.

Ot was a quiet comfy space with an excellent sales rep. He was so kind and understanding! He helped me find something in my price range. We worked quickly together to get my chosen mattress paid for and out the door I went with a beautiful floor model!

Outstanding customer service from Brendan at the mattress firm in Bothell. He listened to my mattress needs, provided thorough explanations and helped me to make an informed decision in my mattress purchase. He was knowledgeable about each product and also catered to my energetic 3 year old son. We were able schedule delivery for next day. The entire process from start to finish was easy and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a mattress to come to this location and ask for Brendan.

This is my second time buying from mattress firm in 10 years and I’ve enjoyed both experiences.Brenden was fantastic at getting me setup with just the right mattress. His knowledge of sleep habits, anatomy and trends in mattress manufacturing from different companies is pretty astounding.If you are in the market for a mattress, hit him up!

Amazing team of people and amazing service. We worked with Sonny in the Bellevue store and Gerald from the Bothel Canyon Park office. Both of them were super informative and super patient for us even waiting until far later hours to make sure to provide enough info and service to us and our questions and concerns. Gerald from the Bothel store helped us finish the booking for our mattress and base and he was super friendly, patient and helpful with all our options, discounts and processing. Loved working with him!

I stopped in to see Gerald at this location several times over as many days, and he was a huge help. My wife and I had our mattress somehow manage to last 15 years so it has been a long time since I have been in a mattress store. I was about to purchase online, but decided to call the Bothell store to ask about pickup vs delivery. Gerald was very helpful! He answered my questions, beat the internet price, and gave me better delivery options as well. Great experience!

Great assistance from Patrick who was friendly and helpful. He explained the differences in terminology and brands. We tested multiple beds throughout the store and picked our favorite. Our bed was delivered in two days by two of the most efficient delivery men I have ever experienced. I was dreading the prospect of buying a new bed but these folks made it quick, painless and satisfying.

My wife and I made several mattress purchases from Mattress Firm. Gerald helped us by answering our questions and allowing us to test many different mattresses.
