The guy with acrylic nails was rude and told me “hurry up because people are waiting behind you” when my app wasn’t working, which wasn’t my fault. My code disappeared after I arrived when I placed a mobile order, so i was looking for it, which is was already embarrassing and stressful enough. I had already paid for my order on the app so I wasn’t just going to drive away??? Anyway, it took less than 2 minutes to find my code- the McDonald’s app just sucks- so there was no need to be rude. How about you have some patience and kindness?

Terrible. Minus Zero. Worst McDonald's we've ever been to. They are not even able to take any orders - and are ill tempered.orders. They only want a machine orderDisorganized rude and abusive and they let the awful cooks deny people the food they order because they are simply not capable of even preparing it. They cannot handle their jobs. All the good managers left during Covid. Don't bother going here the employees are abusing customers.

Reece and Lillian(I believe that's how you spell it) make us feel welcomed everytime we come into this location. Those two ladies are the backbone of this location and provide excellent customer service with their quick wits and smiling faces.

I'm writing this review in hopes a supervisor will see this and my reviews are based soley on this experience(Otherwise id give a 5-star all around for this location). My fiance and I visit this location daily, sometimes twice a day, for food and coffee on our way to and from work and it is always a friendly experience. Except for this morning. I ordered 2 Carmel iced coffees through the app(one medium, one large) and when we received them my coffee, the medium one, was hazelnut. I have a mild allergy to tree nuts. Nothing severe just get hives and a scratchy throat. When I went to the counter I explained what was wrong and the associate, who I believe is named Evon, stated "its not my problem. I'm not remaking it." I don't care about the coffee as much as I care that we are continuous repeat customers and we were completely disrespected and they refused to remake a drink(one that could have killed me had I drank the whole thing). I'm not typically one to post reviews but I can't seem to get ahold of the office and the associate is a shift lead or manager of some sort. I don't need or want any sort of compensation or refund, I would just like my situation heard and possibly taken care of. Thank you so much.Edit: I will also state that I only had one drink of the coffee and had my fiance taste it to verify my suspicion.

Every order I have ever placed at this location has had something wrong with it. it doesn't matter if it's through drive-up, or Uber Eats / DoorDash, etc. More often than not I'm at least missing 2 - 3 items from the order, but the latest issue was having my order completely swapped for another , FAR less expensive order.The 'manager's' response when I called to notify them was "I was on break" and "the driver didn't check" - the bag was sealed, preventing the driver from checking, and it was the first responsibility of the MCDONALD'S staff to check!If I could give less than 1 star I would. Utterly unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.

The staff are always so incredibly patient and attentive when I have taken my mentally and physically disabled sister here over the past several months. They are very patient and friendly when taking our order as I interpreted what my sister wanted (I hate the kiosks that take ten times as long as ordering at the counter). And they've been very helpful and kind when we've needed anything extra or if she makes a mess. The disabled parking is a bit wonky with the steep drop offs to the side and back, but I'm not sure how much control they had over that with the property. And the food is, well, fast food. But the staff are awesome.
