The pros: they are up front about their pricing and fees.
The cons: they absolutely do not care about you or your things. Their idea of working with you is apologizing for disposing of your things after refusing any kind of reasonable compromise.

I just recently rented a unit here and it's been great! Very quiet and the lady that did my paper work and stayed late and was very nice. Also the price of my unit is very reasonable and has been safe so far!?

I didn’t expect to have to rent a storage unit, but in a quick fix, these people definitely came to my rescue. I was able to rent their truck for the large things. Their prices are good, storage facilities are super clean, and hours are very convenient. I appreciate all their help they have given me, I am grateful I found this place.It’s always great to chat with the ladies, they are always so kind and sweet offering him a snack, and he loves to pick the four leaf clovers by the office.It’s a Lucky place to store your items! Nice and secure!
