Update: I originally provided a 1 star review, however, the owner made it right immediately, so thank you. I appreciate the fast action and care you put into the arrangement for her. The flowers and colors were exactly what i would hope they would be; cherry and a nice assortment of colors; very beautiful. I will be a repeat customer the next time I need flowers delivered in the Mt. Vernon area. Thank you!!

I called last Monday (from South Carolina) and the only request I had was to incorporate some daisies and same day delivery. They nailed it. I love the card they included because it had a momma bear and her cub and I told them the flowers were for my daughter. The bouquet was beautiful!

I've been calling the store multiple times but cannot get a hold of anyone. What a shame - so I don't expect much when the flowers deliver.

I needed a porch pot for a birthday gift in their area and chose North Creek Florist based on Yelp reviews. The owner was kind, helpful, and did a wonderful job choosing appropriate plants and planting. They delivered on time and even called to let me know where the pot had been placed in the property. Highly recommend!

They were amazing, helpful, and very compassionate to our situation. The flowers were so beautiful and they let us choose the colors we wanted. They were able deliver the flowers on time. We highly recommend them and will be utilizing their services in the future.

I wish I could give these people 10 stars. They really went above and beyond. First of all, the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. Secondly, they worked overtime to do a 6:30pm delivery because they understood from my card that these were sympathy flowers. They could have left it to the next day, when they couldn't get a hold of me (the sender). But even not knowing the situation, they decided to get these flowers to someone who needed them, even though this meant a 45min round-trip after work hours. This kind of care means so much, especially these days, when the pandemic has separated many of us because of health restrictions (or in my case, the US/CAN border) and we can't comfort each other in person. Thank you so much, North Creek! You all are really special. Big hugs from Chilliwack.

This is unfortunately a rather disappointing experience. I sent flowers and paid for the premium bouquet $111.49 and here’s pictures of what was received. The vase is black not glass with greenery wrapped around. And it’s not really even that close to what is pictured. Not only that but I called to make sure they received my online order and it was unprofessional and she seemed very confused as to who she was talking to on the phone. She just said “Hi” and I was trying to figure out if I even called the correct place. I was trying to be kind and understanding but it was a bit off putting. Not to mention the mediocre flowers that were sent :(
