Great customer service! I know nothing about cars. Every time I come in someone cheerfully asks me if I need help with anything and then gets whatever I need. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

I was having battery trouble in my Chevrolet 1500 pickup and I contacted your store to get it fixed. Fortunately there was this young man named Andy who is very helpful who told me to come in and he would get the right battery for me and test the old one. When I arrived this afternoon, he came in and was very polite and gave me all the instructions I needed to purchase the correct battery. I picked the premium one and I'm very happy with its performance.I also would like to say Andy went Above and Beyond in his efforts to install my battery correctly and to help me I get on my way. Since I am a Senior with a hip injury, I needed a lot of help. Andy took good care of me. I consider him a valuable part of your service and your business. Great customer service. Was running late , they were about to close within 2 minutes. In the importance of me getting this part was not only extremely crucial but vital in order for me to make it to work and keep a nine to five. The only thing I could think of was the Hail Mary and calling them and seeing if they would be willing to hold and wait for me . even though they, themselves had already worked their 9 to five. I wasn't sure if it would work,knowing my other attempts have been in vain. Yet there rising from the Mist of the Dust settling from long days work at O'Reilly's. Andy not only secured a victory for me. But his demeanor attitude wasn't òf one who might seemed bothered by having to stay longer . he was more above and beyond helpful and I'm extremely grateful . In despite my joking review . I am all but 100% sincere and say that this store is awesome if we could get more people in service like the ones who work here

Just went there with two lights out, one headlight and one brake light. Quentin helped me and was amazing! He went to my car to see which lights I had previously purchased as I had several options. Then he helped me install the new lights. It was no easy task to get to the brake light, but he never made me feel like he was annoyed or that I was wasting his time. So kind and helpful. Thank you!

I really appreciate the staff here at O'Reilly's Thrashers corner! Jordan was super helpful with commercial account issues and also problem solving about some vehicle repairs. A couple days ago Andy and Jay were working short-handed and both of them helped me out with some research. Jay was exceedingly helpful and service oriented in balancing all the different customer needs. He was still able to find time to come out and look at my vehicle and problem solve with me. Thanks guys, this is really appreciated.

O'Reilly Auto Parts at this Bothell location really made my day! Fast and simple with great value. I needed to replace the glass plate of the passenger side mirror on a 2015 Honda CR-V. Ordered a part from Amazon for $37 and it didn't snap into the mirror housing; called the Bellevue Honda dealer for a quote and they would sell the part for $91 and wouldn't have it until 4 days later. I decided to give the local O'Reilly store a call. Over the phone the shop assistant was very helpful; he said they would order the part and it would arrive the next morning without me having to pay for it first. Sure enough, I came to store the next morning, paid $22 and got the glass with plastic plate on the back; without any trouble I was able to snap it into the mirror housing right outside the O'Reilly Auto Parts store. It was a pleasant experience and I greatly appreciate the speed and value the Bothell O'Reilly Auto Parts store provided to its customers. Way to go!
