Labcorp at this location has had service dwindle both in hours and efficiency. Every occasion I go now there is a back up of clients due to the check in process. I have been coming here for years at it is at its worst ever. I dread coming here and am going to look elsewhere for service.

These @$$holes scheduled my child for an appointment, as he suffers from constant extreme joint pain, and then AFTER 5 weeks and just 3 weeks before the appointment called and canceled as they apparently don't treat kids(minors) wasn't it obvious he was a minor from all the questions and paperwork i filled out? i know it asked his birthdate several times, and why did it take over a month to contact us to cancel? so we have wasted all this time while my child is in pain thanks PacMed and i guess specifically Dr P. Sharmas office. -Canyon park

The parking situation at this location is horrible. There are too many businesses for the small amount of parking. They have valet parking but I hate handing over my car to strangers. I do it because there is no parking, plus you have to tip. Cars just keep going around and around. Looking for a new place for my medical needs, don't need this added stress.

Horrible. They literally charged me 300$ for a 2 minute follow up visit. Doctor was be so in rush to go somewhere else, that i asked him a question while he standing halfway out of the room. I still had more questions that this rude person simply ignored by leaving the examining room. Their account/bill department(surprise-surprise!) didn't cancel the bill and threatened me in a letter to send it to 3rd party debt collectors. What a lawful scam. By the way, my health problem wasn't be resolved, nor any diagnosis made, however doctor dared to offer me a surgery with unknown results WITHOUT ANY DIAGNOSIS. That pathetic attempt to put their greedy hands on my and insurance money, should have consequences for the whole gang. At least, i warned others.

They lie. They are rude. They ignore you, don't listen. Put untruthful, misleading, unfriendly notes in your chart. I won't waste my my time listing all the things wrong with them. THEY SUCK

Pacific Medical Center has dialed the quality of care back significantly since 2019. It takes 3 months to schedule time with your primary care physician, 3 months to get imaging done, and 2-3 months to see a specialist. While other medical providers have also run into similar issues, Pacific Medical Center feels like their issues have more to do with staffing and scheduling issues. Many of my appointments end up being double bookings 1.) to order labs and 2.) to interpret labs. I'm also very uncomfortable walking into any building that prominantly features post-modern neo-marxist ideology on the walls and decks of every possible surface when you enter the building. I'm disappointed that they are mutilating childern under the guise of gender affirming care and pumping little girls with testosterone when I cant even get the stuff as a 50 year old man with low testosterone. If it's too dangerous to put a grown man on this stuff, it should be too dangerous to give to a little girl.

never saw a doctor here, couldn't get past the receptionist. I told her my son was sick and we're new to the area and need to establish care. She said that they don't take care of sick kids, we need to establish when he's not sick. I said other places won't let us establish when we are healthy, they want us to wait till we are sick. The jerk on the other end was laughing hysterically at me. What type of lunatic laughs at a mom who's son as RSV? F this place!

Specialty care is absolutely amazing But primary care is inconsistent, scheduling is impossible, and the last doctor i saw didn't even call me by the right name (or make eye contact).

Say goodbye to bad service of bartell and walgreens and give this place a try!!!!!After bartell drugs couldn't get my meds repeatedly, i transferred to Walgreens, then they couldn't get them either. I tried calling Walgreens multiple times (waiting 30+ mins each time) trying to find out if they could fill my prescription since text message just saying it was delayed to the point I ran out of meds. I called this place and a real person answered instantly. The lady at first said the prescription had been back ordered and wasn't available. Then 5 min later called me back and found me some. It was delivered the very next day and she even called me personally to notify me it had arrived. Keep in mind this wasn't even my pharmacy and I had never had any business with them before. I am here for life now or at least as long as they keep up great service.

Ive seen Robert W. Glazewski, PA 2 times and his attitude is the worst. He doesn't listen to your concerns or bother to look into your medical history chart. I told him his way of talking to patients is not nice which he responded " well I can't change my personality"..Never will I see him again.

5 Min Doc visit $342. Blood lab wanted ~$250. The Bothell location of Everett Clinic wanted $88.50 for same 3 tests. Will be switching.

The Rheumatologist is good. The eye doctor that took me close to 4 months to set up an appointment set me up for the wrong testing date (the test I was referred to get is not done on Mondays) and does not give glasses prescriptions. This was discovered the week before my appointment and I was rescheduled in a much more distant location for the next month versus waiting another 4 months to get back into the doc who can't give eye glasses prescription to get the test I need. 4.5 stars for Rheumatologist. 1 star for the scheduler at the Othomologist

I'm amazed at the lack of professionalism in the group of doctor's I've seen.Very poor bedside manner. Very poor service. It seems as though they care about the money I bring in, but not me. Yes, I'm leaving there.

The lab techs at this location aren't too well educated. Every time my husband goes for routine labs they insist he needs to fast. He has had to get a note from his doctor saying FASTING IS NOT NEEDED before they will do the labs. We now bring that note with us every time to avoid coming back again.
