I think Pacific Ridge's internal mantra is "we build to the minimum standard" because the number of corners they cut on the house we bought is exception and totally unnecessary. If I were you, regardless of the price, do NOT buy a Pacific Ridge home. They are a garbage builder.

I WILL NEVER BUY PACIFIC RIDGE HOME AGAIN They use poor quality products, 3 Leaks in 1.5 years. They won't cover anything you tell them in electrical, plumbing, cosmetic. Sherry is rude and will lie with you.
