The man there told me that synthetic blend doesn’t exist for the type of oil my car requires and that everyone else was lying to me about giving me the right oil. Then when I questioned him further, and told him that I’ve gotten at least 10 oil changes so that would be odd that he’s the first one to “be honest”, he finally said that Mobil 1 doesn’t carry a w-20 blend so I got the full synthetic. Little did I know my car wouldn’t run well just switching to full. Other good mechanics told me that it’s because I didn’t get a flush before changing types of oil. This man should have done the right thing instead of only trying to make a sell. You trust people with your car, he caused me a lot of headache and money just to sell an oil change. Don’t trust them.

I always have such a quick and easy experience with Mobil 1. They are concise in communication and look out for their clients! Also so appreciate the complimentary floor vacuum they provide!!!

I had some questions about my car services needed and George spend a ton of time answering all my questions. I had a couple services done by Mobil 1 they did a great job! Excellent all the way around! George was amazing !

They just changed from penzoil to mobile 1, but the service is just as good as it was. I've been going there for oil changes for years and will continue to go there. Always have good customer service and anytime they have made recommendations they aren't pushy if I decline. And it is always pretty quick too!

Only did oil change. They really did it in ~10 minutes for my basic sedan.
They also vacuumed my floor mats which was really sweet because they really needed them.
They topped off my antifreeze for me for $5 which was a good deal for me.
They showed me how dirty my cabin air filter was, but didn't push me after I said I'd change it myself.

I felt bad because I arrived 5 minutes before closing. The technician Andrew was very friendly and accommodating. He graciously took my car in for an oil change, regardless of the time. I asked if he could service my power steering too because I knew it was long overdue. He agreed, no problem. After he’d inspected the car, he came in and told me the power steering didn’t look too bad, but the fuel system did look bad. The fuel system service was $10 less than the one I’d asked for, and I was so impressed that he so obviously strove to do his job ethically and professionally. He and his coworker Justin, who was also very friendly and professional, worked on my car till 7 pm, and I left feeling like it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Came here first from a coupon and am now a regular. They do a good job, are professional and quick, even usually vacuum the floor mats! Honestly only good things to say.

Bad customer service. I wanted to leave the car and come back but before I asked for how much it would cost. All the attendant (Fabian) needed to do was to lookup my plate in the system and tell me what I did in my last change and check how much that would cost. He made me wait until all the cars in front of me were done to tell me the price. It would have taken him 30s to check my history.

I've been coming here for years. Yesterday, they would not honor the price printed on the coupon printed off their website that same morning. I get that we live in a different economy now, but I do expect businesses to honor their advertised pricing. I'll be changing my own oil from now on, not because of bad service, but due to bad pricing. Otherwise good service, at a price cheaper than jiffy lube but not by much. Both services are beyond my budget now.
