A great experience! Farshad and his staff are the best. I had an issue with my car that two other mechanics had failed to fix completely, and in less than a day at Safety Auto Repair, the problem was solved. Farshad also sent me a video of the problem and explained the repair, and was able to find a specific bolt that made the repair much less expensive than it would have been. I will come back again and again!

My car is hard to work on since it's a 1994 and doesn't have the version 2 port but these guys figured out my distributor, spark plug issue and it runs great. Thanks-+

I was recommended to Farshad from a good friend of mine. I don’t take advice from most of my friends but this friend I listen to all the time and never fails me. I told him I was on my way to an auto maintenance repair at the Honda of Seattle location. While I understood their prices to be ridiculously extreme I was comforted in knowing if something went wrong with their repairs they would fix it. Anyhow, I was presented to with a steep bill of price quotes for what needs to be repaired and just thought it was ridiculous every time I go in for a simple oil change they tend to price gouge me for additional repairs. Last month I was fed up and decided to follow up on the referral my friend mentioned weeks back. My friend sets up a 3 way call with Farshad (the mechanic) and informed him I needed some spark plugs and brake fluid to be changed and replenished. I wait a couple of weeks to budget appropriately and on the day I set up an appointment Farshad was available took my car to his shop and got me back running smoothly. There is a young boy who offered me some drinks which I appreciated his generous hospitality while waiting. Farshad’s work was exceptional, upon cranking my car on start up, I do not experience any misfires or alerts through the sensors. I’m thankful for my friends persuasion to visit Farshads shop. Respectable price, quality work, reasonable time. Thank you Farshad.

Farshad and his guys have taken care of a few of my cars for years now. Tows, timing belts, etc. He's been very accommodating, and you can't find a better price anywhere!

I cannot say enough good things about Farshad and Safety Auto Repair. Last year I was having problems with my Nissan Pathfinder not starting. I was desperate and not well versed in car issues. I called Safety Auto Repair and not only did they answer, but had me come right in. They were quick to repair the cam shaft and got me, reliably, on my way. Since then they have done all my oil changes, brake work and fixed a heater problem that nobody had been able to fix in 12 years of owning my car (including the dealership!). Last night during the rainstorm, my wiperblades stopped working. I called after hours, Farshad answered the phone, assured me that he could take a look first thing the next morning. It was fixed in the afternoon. Very reasonable rates, the most amazing customer care, happy employees. And so flexible/understanding about how challenging it can be to be without your vehicle! I'm dead serious, I can't imagine a better place to call your mechanic. They are like gold.

Terrible Experience with SUV Purchase and Lack of Service
I bought a 4x4 SUV from this dealership on April 2024, after being warmly welcomed by a gentleman with great marketing skills. After a phone conversation, we sealed the deal, and I drove off with the vehicle. However, as I was leaving, we noticed that the car needed a lot of repairs. The salesman assured me I could drive the car and bring it back for repairs after some test driving to get a feel for it.
Unfortunately, I had to make four trips to their repair shop in Everett, which is an hour away from me, but none of the promised repairs were done. Every time I went, I was met with empty promises, even after trying to deal with the owner directly.
In August, 2024, I had enough of the runaround. I told both the salesman and the owner that I couldn’t keep driving an unsafe car, so I returned the 2007 vehicle. In exchange, I was given an older 2004 model, shockingly for the same price. This older SUV has battery and starter issues, often wouldn’t start, and even stalls while im driving.
I requested that the vehicle be checked or replaced. The owner promised me a loaner vehicle and to fix the car. I made yet another one-hour drive to their Lynwood shop, only for them to refuse to fix. They claimed I was two months behind on payments and wouldn't fix the car unless I paid up first. This was the first time they even mentioned arrears!
This entire experience has been a nightmare. The company has shown no accountability, and their customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.
