While it wasn’t a pleasant experience to have my sister’s car towed away unexpectedly, the people we talked to today (Jeffery and Nick) were very pleasant. It wasn’t a cheap mistake at $451, but at the very least, they were nice when we came in. So thank you for not making a bad day worse!

The car auctions here are ridiculously expensive! People be bidding them up way too high, it's crazy! Besides the auction tho I don't have any kind of knowledge on the rest of their business.

Service was great, but they made me pay through Zelle transfer and said I could get a receipt (in order to get reimbursed from my insurance) but then never returned any of my calls or responded to my texts sticking me with a $185 tow bill. Wouldn't go with them again.

The 1-star is solely reflective of Adam's failure to send me a receipt for his service so that I can submit it to my insurance company. I have been in contact with him for 2-weeks now and he keeps promising that he will send me the receipt, but he hasn't. Now I am out the $400 cash I paid for the tow.

My grandfather worked here after he retired, so I had higher expectations, but honestly, they were still blown out of the water. I waited 12 hours both times for a tow from my Insurance company, to no avail, so I called Ibsen both times. Within minutes I had a driver call and discuss details and easily handled my F350 Crew Longbed easily. Easily. Really appreciate their professionalism, dedication and willingness to make things happen, even out of their AOR. I hope I don't need them again, but I know if I do, they'll be the 1st ones I call. Top notch everything. Thank y'all!

Had an old junked car that I needed towed out of my apartment's parking garage. The first towing company I called refused to tow it out of the garage - I called Ibsen and they came right over. It was a tough job - I lost the key, the car couldn't be put into neutral, there was a pillar on one side, a brand-new car parked close on the other side, and garage clearance was only 7'. Kaylor (sp?) was the employee who came by and it was a great experience. He made the process seemless and gave me a great rate. Would highly recommend!
