‼️New female Pharmacist is cold and bruised me badly for a few weeks after the flu shot and I was literally bleeding which never happened before.

We love this pharmacy. The team has always taken good care of us, our prescriptions have always been filled quickly, and the lines move fast. We also do our immunizations there- the waiting room is clean and quiet and they do a good job. 5 stars from us after using them for at least 8 years.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars!**
I’ve lived in the Kenmore/Bothell area for over 20 years and am an active community member, business owner, and founder of an addiction recovery and mental health nonprofit. My wife and I frequently shop at both the Safeway on Bothell Everett Highway and the location at 6850 Bothell Way in Kenmore.
While my previous experience at the Kenmore pharmacy was less than ideal, the pharmacy team at **24040 Bothell Everett Highway** has been outstanding. They are not only professional but also incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. Despite being busy, they take the time to listen and address each person’s needs with genuine care.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to this pharmacy. I understand that pharmacy work can sometimes feel repetitive or unappreciated, but your team goes above and beyond. You are fast, efficient, and friendly, and your dedication makes a real difference. Thank you for making my life and health management so much easier—you truly exceed expectations in every way.

I like using Safeway as my pharmacy, but the lines are a bit long sometimes. I've also had trouble with transferring my medicine from one Safeway to another. Other than that, I've had no problems.

Love this pharmacy & the employees! I used to go to the Kirkland Safeway Pharmacy for about a decade, but HAD to switch due to their total lack of customer service, expertise & knowledge...it's HORRIBLE! I knew some of the employees who had worked in Kirkland pre-Covid that moved to this pharmacy (Bothell) so I decided to change. I'm SO glad I did! I haven't had any issues & even though it's further from my house, it's SO WORTH IT!
