Michelle from drive up and go is a very sincere and caring person. I had a huge technical problem with my order and i ended up needing safeway to interveen since the issue was going to cause my family to not have food for the week. Michelle came to my rescue with a kindness that is rarely seen.She does her best to help above and beyond what would be asked of her.God bless her. Safeway should be proud to have an employee that is driven by her big heart to provide the best customer service possible.This location has a forever shopper in my family.This act of kindness will not be forgotten.

I am a big fan of grocery pick up. Last time I was picking up they forgot a bag. Luckily the return system is good so I got those items refunded.Today I picked up to see that they pay attention and remember their frequent customers. Staff when bringing my order delivered me some free cookies and a gift card for my prior order not being 100%. I had a rough day and that really meant a lot to me.Thank you thrashers corner Safeway.Means a lot.

I am referring to the Safeway on Bothell Everett highway. This is a great store. There are two QFC's within close proximity. Choose Safeway. The store is clean, the prices are great, and the shelves are stocked.

I love Safeway, but some of the prices are crazy. Mushroom prices, for instance; it looks like they just put a 9.00 price just because of why??? Go to Super H, where they grow the mushrooms and charge a more reasonable price.
