The Safeway on Bothell Highway, approximately in Thrasher's Corner, had a well labeled parking lot that was easy to navigate on my visit yesterday, on Monday 26 February 2024. The store front was clearly marked as were the entrance(s)/exit(s). Inside the store, the different sections were straightforward to find and check out was conveniently located towards the front of the store. I was on the search for orange juice with calcium and was pleased to find a number of options. Their juices section was one of the largest I have seen and even included light (low calorie) options. After picking out a full calorie option, I was on my way back to the bakery section to see if they had something special for my 1/2 or 2/2 birthday. I found a two-pack of custard filled eclairs that looked good and came in at a cent less than four dollars. Self check out was quick and easy to navigate as was payment. The eclairs were light and fluffy and each of the components really came through taste wise. The orange juice was also tasty and price competitive with other grocery stores.

i have been shopping here for years and the service I received today was the worst. The checker was condescending and rude. Her tone was snippy and when I told her she needed to stop being rude she snapped back. Let's just say she shouldn't be in customer service and the manager I spoke with was very dismissive as well. He didn't take the interaction serious. If your dealing with customers you need to have some sort of people skills and there was none today. Very disappointed Safeway in your employee interaction including management. If you want loyal shoppers you better step up your customer service skills and hire managers that care.

Great fresh food. Fast friendly service. Clean and stocked. Not a big store, but has what I need and then some.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years and will continue to do so even though I rarely grocery shop at Safeway.

I was checking out at self checkout & I had a medium sized amount of items. The cashier was a very large tall man, I believe his name was Dan. We needed assistance with one of our items and we were waiting for him to come and help us. We look over and he was eating chocolate and chatting with his coworker. We waited for about a minute, watching him proceed to eat more chocolate and laugh. He then noticed us, ate another piece of chocolate, then walked over. After he helped us with our purchase, he very unprofessionally told us that we needed to go into a different line next time because we had too many items. He was pretty much telling us that we disturbed his chocolate eating time & that he didn't want to assist us, also known as doing his job. We did not have that many items, we carried them a mile and a half home with ease. We will avoid him at all costs from now on and this is our home Safeway that we go to all the time. He really should focus on his job instead of giving attitude to customers and eating chocolate instead of deciding to help them.

This is a Safeway I have a fair bit of experience with and I'll tell you that most of the staff here are trash. The early midday shift is filled with eyes glazed over cashiers with minimal conversation skills. The night time people are potheads and the management are minimally involved, more inclined to vaping and listening to music. The owner is an absolute bubbly tool who spends all of 30 minutes on the sales floor being a cashier and letting his jaw run. The lines are long and no one knows how to handle groceries. I'd rather go to the Safeway in Bothell or in Mill Creek. Don't deal with the criminal customers and the garbage employees who aren't paid enough to be there.

I forgot my insulin needles at home, just the needles, not the medicine. But because this store "doesn't sell the needles without a prescription" I may as be WITHOUT my insulin.A diabetic without insulin just because I can't get some needles.

I have had too many bad experiences at this pharmacy to rate it any higher. It's always something here.
