Great customer service and really reasonable prices for servicing. I bought an e-bike online and needed to have it assembled. They not only took care of it same day, but were also less expensive than the other shops I called. They were also super friendly and easy to work with.

One word - AMAZING!I’ve been looking to get into Ebikes for a while, and I finally got around to renting one to try one out. I rented a (large size) Haibike Trekking bike with a Bosch mid drive kit from Seattle Electric Bike in Bothell. I’m a bigger guy, so it was awesome S.E.B. had a bike available for bigger people (me). When i showed up (4 hour rental), the bike looked brand new (!) and they walked me through the features of the bike and how to change the various battery options on display. I tested the bike out on the (very conveniently located) nearby Burke-Gilman Trail. It was a perfect day for a ride, and I enjoyed shooting past other riders on traditional bikes (ha!). The shop was very clean and the folks working there were very nice and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again and am considering buying a bike from them as well (they have very high quality bikes!) My only regret is not exploring Ebikes sooner! They are a blast!

Very knowledgeable and accommodated a quicker test run since we were short on time. Employee owned so no high pressure commission tactics. Answered all our suggestions and suggested potential solutions that could be done before picking up the bike. They also warrantee all the bikes they sell.

Great Ebikes!We rented ebikes for half of day, but couldn’t return before 6pm. They provided us a solution - to return ebikes next morning before the working hours, fully charged - at no extra fee. They understood our situation and accommodated. Great experience, thank you!

Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Very inclusive for those of us who aren’t historically “bikers”. The IZIP Brio Step-Thru was my first adult bike purchase and they were very patient and supportive. Will definitely be back for tune-ups and accessories. They’re employee-owned, too!

Very knowledgeable workers, I did not buy a bike, but learned a lot about them. Definitely the place to go if you want to buy an electric bike, I do not recommend going to the regular bike shop, they just don't have the knowledge that I find in these specialized shops.

I didn't buy an e-bike here, but their customer service deserved a rating! I haven't had my own bike since I was maybe 10 years old, so when I bought one off OfferUp to try and get back into the hobby, I brought it in just to ask to use their tire pump. Instead, the man offered to do a full inspection of the bike and make sure it was fit to ride, in addition to filling the tires for me. He helped me make some adjustments and gave me a little tutorial on the chain and shifting, etc. that I had zero knowledge of. Really appreciate him taking the time to help me and going above and beyond! If I can stick with this hobby, I'll likely come back here and purchase from this shop.

Great friendly service. They help you find the bike that'll work best for you and lead you on varied test rides that'll really help you get a feel for the bike. You can tell they're really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about bikes and cycling, and will get you on the right bike, even if they don't have it in store

Just bought my first E-Bike and this store’s customer service is top notch! Everyone at the shop is very personable and not pushy on purchasing at all. They perform guided tests rides and answered ALL of my questions. Went back for a second test ride to make sure I was purchasing the best bike for me. They stayed open 45 minutes after close to complete my purchase and tune my bike the day of!

We had a good experience on both purchase and test rides. We got Tern Q9 and Tern S10 suggested by the awesome sale person Kyle.Kyle is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me which ebike works best for me then my husband ended up getting one.We love the bikes and service here. Thanks a lot.
