For folks who rate places on how they treat people, you should know this location encourages its corporate customers to use the disabled parking spaces as a loading dock. They further do not understand Washington State law regarding disabled spaces, and how authorized users may use them to patronize any business, at any location, at any time. Many "but I just" defenses later, or declarations of a shortage of spaces, it is clear they simply don't care. Do as you will with this info, but my money will be spent at Benjamin Moore.

It's the best paint ever to work with. Also, the people there are very experienced, especially Josh and Leslie; they gave me ideas and helped me with my paint choices. Thank you to everyone there.

I love this store! We've had several painting projects and needed color advice. Elizabeth has been wonderful at helping us select the perfect color for what we wanted. She's got a great eye for color and has been so helpful.

Elizabeth was just a great consultant today. She spent quality time with me and there were other people in the store as well but she multitasked and she was awesome. Lucky for me a local bothell artist painting Bothell mural was waiting for order and she helped me as well. What a great local store and I would go anywhere else. I'm painting house exterior.

I went to the Bothell store today looking for some help choosing exterior colors for a Townhome community. Elizabeth greated me with a smile and was very helpful from the moment I told her what I needed. We went over to the paint swatches and she began making great suggestions on what colors were up to date for exterior paint and what colors would look good together. When I left I had six gorgeous, complimentary colors to present to the HOA Board. I couldn't have completed this task without her help! I always appreciate great service and today Elizabeth went above and beyond. 5 Stars all the way.
