I have been trying to get a loan from other bank for 3 weeks knowing that I was already approved and I am glad that I didn't get it. I decided to go to Sound Credit Union hoping to get a personal loan with a 7.5% interest rate. I left with all the needed amount in my new account with only 2.44% ??The nice lady (Unfortunately I didn't get her name) worked with me on the loan and then she told me about an option that I have never thought about it. But the the end I left the bank happy and having a great dealLoved this bank, loved everyone thereThanks again and definitely will consider my coming loans with you!!

Christopher King helped in a way that I cannot be grateful enough. Everyone in this branch was very polite and cheerful. So far this is the only Sound Credit Union branch I have visited but if every branch is like this one, I see myself being a Sound customer for a long time. Thanks again Mr. King!

I came in to apply for an auto loan for my work truck! The staff were knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I got a really good rate and if you use auto-pay for your financing, they shave off another 0.25% off their already really good rate!

SO SO SO DISSAPOINTED! Took my son in to get his first acct. As parent I wanted to monitor his account since hes a minor and learning how to manage money. I was very clear to person helping that my son was NOT TO SEE his parents accounts. First he screwed up the information and we had to make numerous trips back to get it fixed just so my son can use the mobile app. Then once he got in he got to see EVERY ACCOUNT he wasnt supposed to. Then had to call customer service to get it fixed. We are firm believers the kids dont know and are not involved in family finances. If it wasnt such a pain to change banks I would leave in a heartbeat!

I have had nothing but problems since opening an auto loan there. Each rep has a different answer for a question. I wanted to pay my car payment using a cash advance from my debit card and they couldnt figure out how to run a cash advance. I was promised a reduced rate for automatic payments so I set that up and then they said it has to come from a certain type of account, they have lied numerous times. They also opened a checking account without my approval or knowledge.

Despite a little early confusion, I am excited to begin a long term relationship with Sound Credit Union. When my primary bank had limited options on IRA accounts, I turned to Sound Credit Union who had better options. Thank you to the staff for making the transition easy.

My husband and I recently went to Sound Credit Union to apply for a loan. We met with Bijou to process the paperwork. We were very pleased with her expertise and felt she was very warm and pleasant to work with. It was a wonderful experience.

I wish I could give zero stars. I will start by saying my husband is a disabled veteran and we moved to the area after transition out of active duty service. We currently have membership at Fibre Federal and Navy Federal Credit Union. We need a legal document signed by end of day Wednesday and I began searching for a place to get that done. Fibre Fed said I could go to a partner branch near our new home so I called around to find the closest partnering branch and the Sound Credit Union in Bothell was the one I was told would help us out getting one paper notarized. I called today, waited on hold over ten minutes and the man on the phone said that usually they could help but that due to covid they only notarize papers for members of that branch and I could start an account there if so wanted them to do it. That is a scam. They just want an added account and do t care to help military families out. I was so disappointed at the scheme. It would’ve been less of an inconvenience if they just set an appointment and notarized the paper, but they expect me to come in to the branch, bring documents to prove residence and then transfer funds into a brand new account before they can notarize... seems more like a scam to get people who need help to open accounts rather than being a good person or helpful to partner branch account holders. We will be much less inclined to open an account with this brand, if all they care about it their enrollment rates instead of helping families. So dissatisfied.
