  We have had an excellent experience with the Star Construction WA installation team. They were on time, courteous and very professional. The new retractable screens fit our house perfectly and add to the appearance of our home and are constructed of high quality materials. We love our new retractable screens and the fact that the house now has an extra “new” enclosed area.

  Ruslan and his team were incredible and I would definitely recommend working with them to help create your perfect customized outdoor oasis! I did a ton of research before choosing to go with them and couldn’t be happier with my decision.
  
  While there are many pergolas and awnings available online and through other companies, they worked unlike any others, making my awning to maximize my space and needs. They installed added posts (so I could later install a door) and filled in the top angled corners with the acrylic sheets so I could double my awning as a glorified Catio.
  
  I love the motorized shades that give added privacy, block the weather when needed (a must in Seattle), and allow me to raise just a little for air-flow or all the way when I want open air enjoyment of my new outdoor space.
  
  As you’ll see from pics, I did some modifications on my awning - installed the door, attached 1x1 steel sheet metal, and installed custom bar/counters all to their posts - I took care to minimize how many holes I drilled but it didn’t affect the integrity of their well- constructed and durable aluminum posts.

  Ruslan and the Star Construction crew just finished our motorized sunshades, and we couldn’t be happier! We first reached out to Ruslan last year from another state before our house build here in Washington State was completed to hopefully get a “preliminary” estimate. Via email we provided a picture and rough measurements of our porch, but out of three other sources contacted, only Star Construction provided us with an “approximate “quote. No hard sales pitch, or sign today for best savings texts, calls or emails, just the estimate and “please take a look and let us know if you have any questions”.
  
  Once we were ready for our sunshade project, Ruslan came to our home with samples that allowed us to see the actual material’s density, screen colors, housing and remote choices. Ruslan and his team were meticulous, conscientious, thorough, detail-oriented and precise! The entire process from initial visit, ordering and install was only about 4 weeks! The custom screen and housing colors match perfectly with our home’s exterior color, while providing us sun protection, airflow and privacy! When our screens are down, we can see out, but our neighbors can’t see in! Our patio is now a cozy extension of our living and dining rooms, and we absolutely love it!
  
  Star Construction’s process, communication, timelines and professionalism was first-rate! We highly recommend Ruslan and his team and would use them again!

  We had our louvered pergola installed in November 2023. Ruslan and his team were the only ones who were able to provide a satisfying solution to our somewhat complicated facade line. They worked with great care and we are nothing but satisfied. We love our pergola and can’t wait for summer to come.
