I had the pleasure of working with Connie, the property manager at Storquest, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, friendly attitude and took the time to explain all of my storage options thoroughly. Connie was not only professional but also incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and ensuring I found the right unit for my needs. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it’s really Connie’s outstanding customer service that makes this location stand out. About a year ago I was looking for a new storage facilities … I remembered a new place called StorQuest in Bothell. I decided to visit this place and was greeted by Connie. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about her job. Connie asked questions pertaining to my needs and presented different options. I was also shown the various storage units available.
I was very impressed how clean this storage facility is and it has climate control! My previous storage company didn’t meet my expectations anymore both in storage and price. StorQuest has and still is meeting all my expectations! Connie still continues to be very knowledgeable and professional. She is why I continue to business with StorQuest. Connie understands my changing needs in storage.
If you need a clean, safe and trustworthy place to store your belongings .. StorQuest is the place to go!!

To start with, the manager is excellent, she went above and beyond to get me a unit. I showed up a little after 6 not knowing the hours, She took me around showing me the sizes. after deciding on the perfect size I needed we went back to the office filled out the paperwork, we then headed back up to my designated unit. she went over on how to use the barrel type of lock. she had me put my code in twice on the keypads to make sure it worked.
we then finished and left. The place is spotless and the units are immaculate. The prices and specials are great and best of all they are climate controlled. I made the right choice in choosing StorQuest Self Storage.

Beware of constant rent increases & promotional prices!!
I have been with this unit since 2023. When I signed up, I was paying $46 for a 5x10 unit. In 3 months, it was raised to $86 and currently I pay $111 and it haven’t made a 1.5 yet. Quite disappointed with this and will look for a more viable and reasonable option because only time will tell (most likely another 3 months) before I am paying $200.
The only saving grace is that they’re clean and weather controlled.
