I had a 4 star review at first because I wasn’t thrilled at the increase, but any place will do that. Connie has been helping me for the last 3 years I’ve had this unit, and I’m so thankful for her help and positive attitude.
The units are clean and temperature controlled very well.
Highly recommend.

Connie was so incredibly helpful! My client was moving into the unit and Connie was so friendly, kind, efficient getting everything set up. Highly recommend this facility - very clean and well maintained!

I looked at four storage places and found StorQuest to be the cleanest, most professional, and the best deal. I like that they stay open later and apparently you can arrange for an even later access time if needed. Oh, and parking is great too because it’s covered and close to the doors. Plenty of dollies too.

I made a quick stop at my unit today and as always, they were helpful and kind. Connie helped me get my code, and even remembered both my name and what I do for a living. She made it easy to get what I need, get in and out quickly, and we had a laugh about my funny socks. The facility is always clean, spacious, well lit, and expertly run. 5 minutes tops, and positive vibes. Thanks, Connie!

I had a previous review with 1 star and after today I am happy to change this to 4 starts! I received a call from management or higher up and they explained to me how my payments got thrown off. Finally, being able to get a hold of somebody who actually returned my call put me at ease. Employee interaction or answering the phone could use improvement but glad I don’t have to find another storage place !! Thank you so much!

Great experience with this company. Staff have always been super friendly and helpful. The building is always looking clean and well maintained, its in a convenient location, and your unit is well protected with tons of security cameras, doors that require a code, and a garage door that closes at night.

This facility itself is nice and clean, however, they give you the roundabout in regards to protocol they say they're supposed to follow by law. I've filed a complaint with the AG who moved forward due to my complaint being valid. Storquest didn't respond and instead, completely ignored the AG'a email. I've also filed a complaint with BBB and I have no doubt storequest will ignore any communication from BBB as well. There are so many other storage facilities in Bothell; pick any other facility than Storquest in Bothell.
