I bought a new iPhone that required trading in my old one via mail or directly to a T-mobile store. This location would not take my trade in and stated “in my entire year working here, we’ve never done this. You have to ship it back.” Okay, well the two other locations we went to were able to just fine. Also the multiple texts from T-Mobile instructing me to take it to a location prove that wrong. Truthfully, it was just an inconvenience that I had to go somewhere else, but would have been nice if the first location did it.

My parents are in their 80s and being frugal, they would be using a discount provider for their cell phones, but continue to use TMobile because of the outstanding customer service they receive at this location from Dante and previously from another manager at this location as well (Daniel?), and because of the general availability of support provided by multiple store locations and by phone, even though they are very loyal to this Bothell location. Thank you Dante!

Just because we didn't purchase accessories and plan they offered, they became VERY UNFRIENDLY.Usually they help set up and guide you but this time they seemed upset because we didn't purchase their offers

Dante is an absolute pro when it comes to helping and guiding anyone through what can be a difficult process. He helped me not only get a new smartwatch, but upgrade my Ipads sim card. After it was all done, I ended up paying less per month than I had previously for a couple years. I love Bothell, but the customer service here was icing on the cake.

The employee I worked with didn’t want to help me. I came in to replace my phone after a bad screen crack, and I filed a claim ahead of time with T-Mobile’s 360 protection plan. I tried explaining this and he gave me weird recommendations and poor excuses.He first told me to get the phone replacement and then come in for an upgrade. He then explained he has only been with the store for two months and isn’t familiar with the process of replacing phones. He offered to have me work with his manager on a Friday when they’re re back in the store. I tried explaining again that I already filed a claim, and he acted confused about why he would be involved. He brought out a pamphlet and recommended I go through the website (which I already did, and called their customer service number) and then said he couldn’t accept my phone because it would “cut into my paycheck.”The next day I went into a different T-Mobile in Seattle, they looked up my claim and now I have a new replacement phone.

Absolutely the WORST customer service T-Mobile could offer. We were new to T-Mobile needed help with activating phones, all the manager at the time would say to us over and over is that the young man that was trying to help us was paid minimum wage plus commision and that by helping us he could not make any money. There were 2 other people in store that were being helped. The gal just keep repeating above statement over and over. She did say that they would help but again NO MONEY in it for them. She was rude, disrespectful not what you want for someone repesenting your company. We were switching over from 40yrs with Verizon, but also had bad customer service, so this gals attitude did give T-Mobile a good start for us.I would NEVER recommend anyone going to the Bothell T-Mobile to get a phone, I'm sure they have others store that know what customer services means
