I was up in the north end of Seattle for work and was having an issue with my iPhone and needed some quick help. I went into this T-Mobile store and was immediately greeted by the sales associate and they were able to fix my issue only after a few minutes. They were kind, professional, and even pointed a few changes to my family plan where I could save some money. Thank you!!

2/25/24 Update:Downgraded the store's rating due to the incredible lack of helpfulness, empathy and customer service from whom I believe is the manager.I told him that I had to return and he told me that they wouldn't be able to get to me because they were going to close in 30 minutes and that I would have to come back on a different day. I can appreciate the desire to keep store hours, but if someone is super annoyed already telling them that they have to come back to you is not the best way to improve the situation or that customers mood.If I were you I would stick to going to Costco to get your service set up or do everything online since that's where they're going to route you anyway, if you have any problems. At this point because of where we are in the process, if I had the chance to go back to Verizon I probably would, simply because of the ridiculously stupid process of trying to make our service correct we have had to jump through.====================2/23/24: Helpful staff but we got the run around from T-Mobile about what we can and can't do to replace one of our phones. As a new customer I would have expected an easier process.

The customer service is so inconsistent at this store. Several months ago we were helped by the nicest staff member resulting in an experience good enough to remember (I think his name was Manuel). Yesterday- the opposite, and the worst experience at a T-Mobile yet. Sadly, I think both the gentleman that was trying to tend to us and the manager himself were unaware of their racial biases. If a customer comes in upset because your company's product failed, regardless of their race, the least you can do is show some empathy and offer solutions. Instead, it felt like the representative and the manager were very dismissive and did not care at all that their customer was unhappy with their service. They never even attempted to try to understand why their customer was unhappy. If they had listened for one minute, they would have understood that the customer was unhappy with T Mobile's policies and norms, but instead they were immediately defensive and acted like they were being personally attacked. If you cared about the company that employs you, as well as the customer, you'd listen to your customers feedback/frustration and let them know that you'll deliver the message about their bad experience back to upper management. It's very basic and routine managerial norms. Unfortunately, it seems like this manager is far from understanding that concept and thus unqualified for his job.I also can't believe that in 2024 the best T Mobile can do to replace a phone that is still under warranty is a 4 day turnaround - I remember being shocked by this a decade ago, yet here we still are. How is anyone okay with this? We rely on our phones daily and you make people wait several days to receive a replacement? I seriously doubt that anyone who works at T Mobile would be okay with that if they were the customer. Too bad mobile phone companies are pretty much all the same and have us all wrapped around their corporate conglomerate finger because we need phones. What a racket. Extremely disappointing.

I went in looking for technical assistance with my phone since my transfer from Verizon is not going well. I basically was told, no technical assistance here. We are not techs, but I CAN sell you a new Motorola phone.

I bought from there a couple of iPhones and Samsung phones for me and my family and always had a great experience.The staff is very helpful and friendly.I will always go back in the future and upgrade my family plan at this specific location.

They were rude, unprofessional, and, in my opinion, very racist didn't feel at ease from the second I walked in the door! A place I won't ever patronize that store again an am very seriously contemplating discontinuing our service which includes 2 lines and wifi

I would avoid this T-Mobile Store. I have been here twice and the employees working this store have provided incorrect/questionable information about my contract and ability to upgrade. I also tried to get a screen cover/case and one of the reps said all the T-Mobile stores near here were out and suggested I search Amazon or ebay? I hate to write such a negative review but the information provided was clearly wrong after calling T-Mobile Customer Support.I will admit they do a good job pitching their internet package, which didn't even work when I tried the free trial. I will go to any other T-Mobile store, even the ones in downtown Seattle with all the homeless people and open drug use near the entrance than come back here. This is the worst T-Mobile store by a mile, and I have been a customer for 20+ years. After reading more reviews about this store, I am not surprised. Something seems off with this particular store and the employees working here.

Very horrible experience. They sold me they were giving me black Friday deal but it turns out they upsold me the most expensive iwatch plan and charged me activation when it clearly says no activation will be charged for adding a watch. In addition the cellular activation did not work at all. Another store told us they sold us the wrong plan and tried to upsell me again. Just avoid Tmobile retail experience. Spent hours on the phone fixing all their mistakes and multiple days trying to correct them. Horrible mistake to trust TMO and their retail location. The black Friday rip off. This may be enough to cancel TMO all together

Rolled up on Sunday (October 29th) at 1745 to get a new phone to be greeted by white dude with a beard and ball cap saying that store closes at 1800 so we could look but they wouldn't sell us a phone today. Way to go T-MOBILE! AMAZING (not) customer service. ?

Madi, who was just starting, was passionate and empathetic and delivered great customer service. She patiently dealt with all our needs as we had a complex situation and made sure things were done correctly, and did not rush us through. Would definitely recommend this store.

Boy have things fallen off here since I last visited. I went in to get some account assistance and the employee couldn't even be bothered to take their hands off the counter. I mean that literally. He actually claimed he couldn't see my account details so he couldn't help me. Strange as this was previously how I took care of this business due to the convenient location. It's a real shame because the customer service is why I referred my relatives to them. That won't be happening any longer. I guess I am going to have to dig in to some of the cheaper alternatives like Google Fi or Mint Mobile from now on.

Horrible customer service offered in this place. When you step into this store, employees will make you feel like you are asking for a favor. Rude and careless attitudes. The male guy who was supposedly helping me on Sunday didn't even make eye contact. He was just looking to his tablet, apparently in a rush. Barely let me explain the problem and said they could not help. Even though on their website says that I could fix my problem in store. I have been to this store two times, and both experiences made me regret choosing to visit this location. I suggest you go to a place where customers are treated with respect.
