I was thoroughly impressed by the school's professionalism and commitment to maintaining excellent safety standards. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism in their interactions with both students and parents. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to address any concerns or questions. One of the standout features of the school was its commitment to safety. From secure entry points to well-maintained facilities, the school goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of its students.Overall, the Goddard School of Bothell truly shines in its commitment to professionalism and outstanding safety standards. The staff and administration take every measure to ensure a secure and welcoming learning environment for their students.

The Goddard School of Bothell is a great space for my child's growth. The staff's genuine care creates a warm, nurturing atmosphere. I feel confident that child is in good hands, receiving personalized attention that balances learning and play. The environment ensures a safe space for both education and socialization. I'm grateful for the caring community they've built, and The Goddard School has been an exceptional choice for my child's development.

if i could give more stars i would.very kind and fun teachers who care for the children.clean place. seriously infinite kudos to the staff there! every evening you can smell the clean and it is refreshing! (i have seen and had my toddler in another local daycare and it was filthy). a clean place is essential for keeping a place filled with lil humans a disease free!Security. puts your mind at ease. very secure place with special access needed to enter.Rooms are BIG and well maintained. there is plenty of tactile toys and books in each room for the lil humans to grow and learn.Wish there was lunch provided at the school though. snacks are provided (lunch is not) and is very well done. The management is working to add lunch menus soon(i hear they reopened with new management recently so its understandable). In all, i am extremely happy that lil one goes here. With us being working parents, having one less thing to worry about has been a blessing!

Great school. Very clean and organized. The staff really cares about the needs of the students. My autistic son loved his time here and they were able to help him fulfill his sensory needs. I felt like my son was safe. They were also great at communication. I can call at anytime and they would give me an update. Highly recommend this location. Great school but even more important is the great staff and owners!

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: The Goddard School is under new management... Appreciate the message from the new owners and wanted to make sure that was seen as well as the original review more now about the previous owner and corporate. We have been contacted by the new owners who I would not want this rating to impact but please know that the previous situation could/should have been remedied by the corporate office. We still never were made whole but hope that this school has a whole new opportunity with this new management.

If there was a lower rating, I would submit it. We had a terrible experience with the owner of the Bothell location Ram Supramanian. We (as many other families) were working through childcare options during the pandemic and selected Goddard making a payment of $2000 tuition for first month and an additional $200 registration fee. We were on multiple waitlists and just a few weeks after making the payments, we had to make a change to our plan for our older sons care. We immediately contacted Mr. Supramanian knowing we would lose the $200 registration fee but hopeful he would work with us on refunding the over $2K of advanced tuition, Mr. Supramanian refused to refund the full tuition. We contacted the Goddard corporate office and were told that other Goddard locations had been flexible about refunding tuition under similar circumstances and in fact had refunded the full amount when the spot could be filled. In fact, Mr. Supramanian had told us multiple times that he had an extensive waiting list and more specifically that another child was waiting for our spot and that he also had many others in line. Goddard Corporate told us we would lose the registration fee but that it was completely up to the owner of the local franchise to retain or refund the $2000 tuition. To be clear, we signed an agreement stating that we would lose a portion of the tuition but believed that because we contacted Mr. Supramanian the owner within just days of making the payments and because he had repeatedly insisted he had an extensive waiting list it was reasonable to think that a full refund was justified under our circumstances. After months of disagreeing back and forth about our request for a full tuition refund, we finally received only the 50% refund of the tuition andhe kept the registration (which they should) and the other half of our tuition payment. Our child had never stepped foot on the center premises. We decided to enroll both of our children in a different center that has a strong "customer centric" approach. What we took away from the Goddard experience was the importance of ensuring that the administrative side is ethical and focuses on the well being of children rather than putting a financial squeeze on working parents who already have enough challenges when choosing the best care for their children. Please think long and hard before enrolling your children in the Goddard Bothell Center. If the unethical and unprofessional practices of Mr. Supramanian are any indication of how the center operates, there are more caring, ethical and responsive options available,

Were going to share info we have on goddard bothell for help others make right decision .Several staff members have reported the owner Ramanathan Supramanian doing horrible things to young kids.Other reports of his suspicious behavior around kids too & maybe sexual abuse.Charges were very serious Child Protective Services shut down school last year due to child safety reasons. Link for status of school license on washington state site, select 'licensing history' tab :: findchildcarewa.org/PSS_…For the find more info u can chk bothell municipal court. His case no. 32783, facing charges for assault. Arraignment(arrest) was on dec 17 2021 released on judicial bail, pre trial on jan 5 2022, then hearing on feb 9 2022 and continuance for next hearing on feb 6 2023. There may go to jail, depends on if guilty conviction in that hearing and sentencing. He has cut deal to try avoid jail & withdraw case. Also chk district court there are other civil lawsuits against LLC company running schoolThere were many more problems at the school due to the Rams unprofessional practices even before school was shut down due to this one.15-20 staff most teachers left school within the months preceeding school closure.School was coowned by other business partners who also parted ways with Ram.Stillthey did not reduce intake new children. All this & bad communication made many children being turned back after arriving at school due to short staffing. For children who were accepted many were shuffled in different classrooms with different teachers and colleagues, or younger kids being packed with much older kids. Such issues can be very stressful for younger kids, more than you may realize and this stress can show in different ways...Parents who tried to raise these concerns were told to blame the pandemic even though other schools in the area didn't have this many issues..Although many parents were refunded unused tuition after school closure, many other parents saying no refund given.Genaerally is the stingy with money. So possible more lawsuits.Theyve been noncompliant with licensing guidelines in many ways. One of the complaints was that potion sizes for scnaks were very small and kids denied secnod helping if they were hungry. But thsi was changed after complaint..many other complaints too, not calling parents when child become sick, so on..Ram have been trying to reopen school, not successful yet but still trying for reopen with other ways.If you a parent thinking about sending the child here...do ur research...dont be afraid to ask them hard questions, e.g.:- is Ram still going to be attached or any stake in school???- will they guarantee ur child will not be "disciplined" in an inappropriate manner if she is having a bad day??- will they guarantee kids will not be shuffled around or grouped with kids outside of their age group so they can pack classrooms to max. capacity??- what r all charges and lawsuits that Ram is facing??- Hw long will lawsuits divert his attention and focus from managing operations of school?- is Ram going to make the school higher priority given all issues above or will he continue working his parallel job at big tech firm?- How were the parents of children impacted by Ram's actions compensated? My suggest to you...stay away unless owner gives up all stake in school and new mgmt takes over.Othrwise wait and get feedback from other parents after theyv been sending children for at least 6-12 months AFTER his court trial next year...because befre trial he maybe showing good behavior to avoid legal risk.If ur a teacher...talk to some of the latest departures before you decide. Bware some employees may not share too much as Ram threatened with laweyrSee : indeed.com/cmp/The-Godda…Pros- Some teachers esp. old timers were very good.- cheaper than some other Goddard schools nearby- after reopen they will shorter waits than other schools due to fewer parents wanting to send their kids here- school location is very convenientCons- unprofessional conduct by owner in many areas even though so

No one answers the phone or get back to you during normal business hours. Strong toxic construction smell! No lunch provided.
