writing this since holidays have been busy but i am super happy & thankful for triton service towing! out of all the days of the year, my car needed to be towed on Christmas… they answered on the first ring & my car was being towed less than an hour later! on top of that the pricing was amazing for a 2am towing call:)

Stuck along 405 with a dead car. Called Triton. Triton was responsive to texts while we waited. Tow was on site within about 30-40 minutes of calling (I hear people wait 2-3 hours). Not bad considering it was the middle of the evening commute. Sage, the driver, was very courteous and thoughtful. Very friendly. We were allowed to ride with. I think the experience was about as good as it could be considering we had a breakdown and had to be towed. Price-wise, it seemed to be comprable for the area (had one other quote but a 3 hour wait) and considering they came quickly - I was okay with it.

First time getting towed in a not so fun experience (lost a tire at like 11pm-12am on a state route, wouldn’t recommend to anyone) but towing arrived quick to the scene upon being called by the officer who aided me. Opted to get vehicle and myself towed to my desired location due to the time of day, and though I don’t recall the gentleman’s name, he was very polite and helped make what felt like a helpless situation less scary in the moment. Was good conversation during the long ride to my location. Upon arriving at the location, unloaded my car with some support where the missing tire is so my car isn’t aggressively leaning on itself as well. No one hopes to be towed, but would recommend from my experience alone because they helped make a stressful situation less unanswered.
