Extremely poor service. They don't keep prescriptions ready even after couple of days and they always make us wait more than one hour because every single patient will have some followup or approval needed. Totally not worth your time if you can find a different pharmacy

Consistently bad experiences. This pharmacy seems to be constantly overwhelmed and is quite slow. Most recently, I called ahead to make sure the prescription was ready and was assured that it was. Then, once I got there it was clear that hadn’t done it yet and I was told it would be another 20 minutes.

I wish I could give negative stars to this store. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had filling a prescription. I needed a specific medication and only this store had it in stock. It took over a week when they confirmed they had it in stock and when I went to pick it up on the day they told me to come in, it wasn’t ready. I had to return THREE times in one day. I even got a text saying it was ready and the staff told me it had been cancelled. I waited in store for 40 mins only to find out it had been ready that entire time, the paperwork proved it had been filled since 11am that morning! The staff is horrifically incompetent and unable to complete the most simple task. I will never, ever use their services again. Take your pharmacy business literally anywhere else. The only guarantee is that Walgreens cannot and will not do it correctly.

If you're hoping to get passport photos, you're out of luck. Photos staff can't be bothered to do their job and blame the eternally "broken" camera.We called the night before arriving to verify the camera was working. We were told it was and that we would be able to havinfant photos taken. The next morning the camera had somehow broken! Who knew they could be so fragile...

I bought a corona test kit after I come back home I saw my daughter already bought corona test kit so immediately I returned it without opening the package after 20 minutes to this Walgreens but Dawny didn’t return it and said it’s our rules don’t accepting Corona testing package then I called another Walgreens and they said of course they can return itI don’t recommend this Walgreens in Everrt-Bothell highway

Never have my prescription in stock and now they will not call or check inventory at other locations, meaning it's constantly me having to call around to see who has it, then have my doctor send prescriptions there.Line for prescriptions is ridiculously long at this location

The Pharmacy tech was extremely rude! I walked in for a basic flu shot, and was told I had to make an appointment. There was NO ONE waiting in a line or waiting area. And was turned away since I didn’t have an appointment.

Dawn in the photo department at the bothell everett hwy location is awesome! I am not very experienced with printing photos from my phone. She helped me with the process, including helping me convert them into screen shots from a text foremat. Never treated me like I was naive. Then I printed one the wrong dimension, she was able to correct my mistake and reissued me a new photo.Super friendly employee. I will do more photos here knowing Dawn in the photo department will be there to help me if needed. Management she is a Jem!

If you're getting ready to call walgreens, get ready to be on the phone with someone who is very unhappy. My two representatives ( one being the manager ) on the phone with me today sounded like they did NOT want to help me. Their tones were the worst i've ever heard from someone trying to help as a customer service employee. I did not match their tones and tried to be calm maybe they had a hard call before, usually then the person would relax on the other line and be nice but no. They Gave me vague instructions and rudely responded when i was confused on what they were asking. For example, the supervisor of the pharmacy said give me the last 5 numbers, while i was looking at my prescription there are many numbers all over the place. What number are you asking for ? And he rudely responded back Rx number. My problem was resolved when there was a different number to call and i said thank you for your time today and he hung up the phone on me, fast. Do not have this walgreens as your pharmacy. You will experience bad customer service everytime you call, walk in, or drive through.

They made me come 4 times for one simple prescription refill. I ordered it on the phone but it wasn’t ready. 9 out of 10 times their drive thru is closed. When I finally received my refill, they refilled the additional one that I didn’t even order or need. The manager lady is also rude. Everyone here seems extremely inefficient.

Very arrogant, and you will always have to wait longer than they promised for pick-ups.One day I entered the line at 5:58 and reached the front of the line around 6:02pm. The lady shutoff the door and said pharmacy is closed at 6pm.Another day I came in for prescriptions pickup as they informed it is ready for pickup, but the pharmacy told they don't see the prescription in the system after waisting my 15-30 minutes. Then I went back and called the pharmacy phone number, and they said it is ready an hour ago. I came back to the pharmacist and she unapologetically said - yeah now I see.Time to move on.

I have been in hold for long periods of time waiting for the pharmacy! This time it was for 30 minutes!! This is unacceptable! Walgreens needs to hire more people if their service is this slow!! I’m looking for another pharmacy!!

Even worse than most Walgreens. Don’t answer the phone, delays in prescription fills, long lives. Miserable.
