Terrible. Don't sign up for it. Customer Service is terrible. My service got disconnected for a day because they messed up with 2 different accounts and then I was charged welcome fees after for the reconnection. I tried the chat, calling multiple times but I still haven't received my money back.

People in support are great but the company is crap. They don’t care about your service.

Their network kept dropping starting from a couple days ago. Called for service and they cancelled it without any notice—while repeatedly calling me to remind that they will be here. It’s such a horrible experience considering that I pay $105 per month for their service. Switched to Xfinity.
