Always worth stopping by here whenever I head up north. Having their breakfast danish, potato leek danish, and kouign-amann on the bank of the Edison Slough are all some of my favorite ways to start a roadtrip.

This is what bread should taste like. It's out of the way but so worth it. And the pastries are beyond amazing.
Founded in July of 2003 by Scott Mangold and Renée Bourgault, Breadfarm is an artisan bakery focusing on naturally leavened breads, rustic pastry and pantry staples.
Every item we make is hand crafted. Our breads are naturally leavened using wild yeasts. Our European inspired pastry and cookies are all made in small batches.
Located in the small village of Edison, Washington, just off of scenic Chuckanut Drive in beautiful Skagit Valley. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients in our baked goods.
