We love Samish Bay cheeses, particularly the mozzarella and ladysmith. You can really taste the freshness and quality of their products. My all time favorite product of theirs though, is the labneh cheesecake. It’s so creamy and satisfying, but in a way that’s not too rich or too sweet. Highly recommend!
